This place is an absolute scam!! There was a Portland Leather bag that was marked up to four times its price new! and everything was marked up like that! They have these "sales" that are trying to convince you to buy something, but even after you consider the sale, the item is still wildly overpriced! And all the sales people do is basically circle you while you are shopping, trying to convince you to buy the items. read more

This fabulous establishment is in Lacrosse Wisconsin. I love the idea of recycling clothing and Have purchased many items through the Real Real , which is a Fine establishment. I have Purchased authentic items from artwork to Designer clothing at a fraction of the cost. but recently I found myself leaving California quite quickly and my luggage has not arrived yet which is Another story. So I just happened on this wonderful spot, The owner was quite charming fun. And I love the store with some very fine clothing that fit well and Was in and out of the store in 15 minutes flat. i have shopped at this store for years and have had pleasant experiences in the past however today was a different story. Was on my way home and thought I would stop by with a few things to sell. Came in to ask if I could drop off what I had and she asked "what kind of things" in a snarky manner" I explained what I had and was told in a very rude manner "we're just taking Christmas things. I asked what the problem was based on her tone and she said to me "most people make an appointment and I'm about to close" Needless to say I won't be shopping here. I'll go to clothes Mentor or Style Encore like I have been. At least I know that I'll be treated with respect and not like I was an inconvenience. read more
