I moved locations more inland and needed to have proof of insurance before signing my lease. Nothing was spoken about a change in policy or price increase. The following month I was charged $859. I called immediately and Dan said I would receive my money back, I never did. I followed up a week or so later as I didn't receive a refund. I received a small credit of $250 back. I was taken advantage of here, by simple business negligence. Insurance companies are to inform of price changes on insurance with a 30 day notice. I received no communication and they got a nice bonus off me!

My vehicle was considered a total loss I have no car & they kept pushing me to pay around $600 to renew. I spoke to claims & they let me know the agent should've removed the vehicle from the policy when it was reported stolen & I should not renew because I don't have the vehicle. This location is super shady they stoped answering my calls and messages right after I let them know what claims told me. I was a customer of theirs for almost 12+ years !! They told me I couldn't get a new policy with AllState so I spoke to a representative from their main customer service center and was told this was not true to look for another agent ! I have been with allstate for about 5 years now and one day I…read morecalled to provide my account number to make a payment and a guy named Ruben from Lemon Grove Allstate Office answered the phone because my agent was busy so the call transferred to Lemon Grove office. Ruben took the wrong account number on 9/27/17 and so the payment obviously did not go through. I realized a week later in my bank statement there was no charge from allste. My bill was due on 9/28/17. So I spoke to Dulce manager from B st and Broadway (my agent office) and I explained to her what had happened and for the payment not going through because of Rubens mistake now I have to pay the next month of October toguether with Aprils bill. Because I got taken off the easy pay plan and now mt account is unactive and the penalty for the payment not going through on time or before due date I have to pay two months in one payment. Where in the world will I get $200.00 in one month for car insurance when I have two little babies. Dulce the manager said there is nothing they can do because the new cycle already started. So then I called corporate office and spoke to a lady named Karen from pres nb Illinois on 10/12/17 And she was no help either, I explained to her it was Rubens mistake for not taking the right account number and so Karen said she could call me back to do some reseach first. Then this morning 10/13/2017 she called me and told me there is NOTHING SHE CAN DO BECAUSE SHE BELIEVED RUBEN TOOK THE CORRECT ACCOUNT NUMBER. THIS IS SO UPSETING SINCE I HAVE BEEN WITH ALLSTATE FOR YEARS NOW. SO FOR ANYONE READING THIS....PLEASE KNOW THAT IF THERES A MISTAKE AN AGENT MAKES....CORPORATE (KAREN) WILL NOT HELP YOU.
