John the jeweler who did the work did a phenomenal job. I couldn't be happier. Not only did it come out great but the cleaning they did to it made it look brand new again. I used AI to get alternatives. I brought in a picture of a partial bezel that looked good and would secure the stone. Vanessa said we need to make a new ring. I agreed. When I picked it up, I was aghast that a completely new ring was made, not like the old ring and not like the ring in the picture. They actually rubbed out the details in the picture I gave her. When I reprinted it I saw the details they did not do. It looks like a man's ring now! Vanessa said they tried twice and cannot make me happy and she returned all my money. Well the owner contacted me and helped by being able to not only personalize a gift for me; but, also get it back to me within two days. I provided the item to be personalized and she delivered a fantastic finished product at a reasonable price. I had broken my screen on or about March 7th, and made a few calls to try and get it repaired…read more Everyone wanted me to drop my phone off for a few days and wanted over $200. When I called Kevin at Red Hot, he wasn't sure if he had a replacement in stock and would call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes and said he has one in stock, but the color was not the same. I really needed my phone, so I didn't care about the color. He also explained that I could not get OEM because my phone is so old. No one else told me that. He told me to come down and within 30 minutes he was done. I was so happy, iI went home and put on a new scree protector. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed that I wasn't able to type "e or 3". I downloaded a screen tester and found a dead spot. I called Kevin immediately and he said he woul order another screen. It came on a week later and he changed it within about 3 hours, he was extremely busy that day. The next day I noticed that ghe volume up button was not working, another defective part. What are the chances? Within minutes he took some part of the defective screen piece and put it on the new one. Now it's working great!
