I was told I needed a wheel alignment and agreed to have that done since there was one car on the rack and I was next. Four hours later the car was ready. As I was getting in the car, I saw a greasy hand print on the light colored fabric on the drivers seat. My radio station had been switched and no more than a block away my check engine light came on. I returned to Grease Monkey where I stayed for another hour as they tried to figure out what happened. After over an hour and no one making eye contact, a tech came out to tell me all of the screws in my air box were stripped and a new one would be ordered. They said they would order a new one and call me. I called the store mid week and asked if it was ordered and they said no. Was going to get ordered, I asked. We're talking about it was the reply. So, after five hours in their waiting room, over $250 spent, I have a car with a check engine light on, stained upholstery and a ruined airbox and the 4th of July weekend coming up. Things happen, but the lack of respect Grease Monkey has shown me as a customer and my car is unacceptable and disappointing.

Their customer service folks said, "How far are you out? Come on in. We've had an appointment cancellation." The customer service reps Amber and Chris were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. Chris, one of their techs assessed the situation just before his hour long lunch. They ordered the parts, Chris quickly ate lunch (not taking his full lunch break), and immediately repaired our vehicle. We frantically began calling around to see if any repair shops could get us in that day (as we were staying near Yellowstone). Green Light Automotive squeezed us in, met us outside as soon as we pulled up, and began diagnosing the issue. The owner of Green Light Automotive even used his personal vehicle (with car seats) to drive us into town to hang out at a restaurant while we waited for the repair to be done! That's where you'll find Jacob and David in Rexburg. First of all, Lance with cutthroat towing got my butt off the freeway, but Aaa wouldn't take the trailer. Lance got me to Randy with all season towing and he came and got the trailer and brought it over to green light auto. I was desperate traveling from Los Angeles to Montana to pick up my son and his car. Everyone could've easily gouged the crap out of me, and not one of them did. I guess that's the difference between California and Idaho. Jacob and David assessed the problem and it was a big job a lot of work and they did it for me the day I brought it in I think an angel sent me to them. To top it off Jacob's suggested I take a walk to the snake river. Absolutely beautiful it's not just the countryside it's the people that make this God's country. Eternally grateful to Jacob Lance, Randy and Nancy and I didn't get the dogs name lol.
