It was a fundraiser for the church so we bought tickets and paid 2-5 tickets for the kids to play on each inflatable. We could not believe the size of some of these things! Two of the slides were probably 30 feet tall and the kids had a blast! We asked the attendant what company was providing the inflatables and they told us Premiere Inflatables. We were so impressed with all the rides because they weren't just the same old bounce houses you see everywhere. Did I mention they were huge?!?! Our son's 10 year old birthday party is coming up next month and we will definitely call these guys.

Ashley immediately picked up my call and was able to help us out at last minute. Here are the reasons for that extra star though...their machines freeze the fastest in Austin. Most of the places I called had machines that took 90 min to 2 hours to freeze the drinks. The machines Woolf's provided us only took 15 minutes and then in between batches, it was only 3-5 minutes. Also, their pricing is all inclusive- delivery, cart, cart skirt, cups, straws, mix, mixing tools, basically everything you need to make your frozen drinks (minus the liquor of course) The other companies would charge extra for the add ons. They leave extra mixes with you in case you need them but only charged if you use them. Also their mixes were less expensive than other companies i researched. We had constant communication with the crew so we knew exactly when they would arrive and when they were arriving to pick it back up. Our party goers were so impressed with the drink machine that they plan on using them for their future events.

I requested a Princess Tiana for my daughter's "Princess and the Frog" themed birthday party. I was told as long as they could receive the dress from their manufacturer on time, they would be able to send a Princess Tiana on that date. About a week before my daughter's birthday, the actress reached out to me via text asking me questions about what she was supposed to wear, when she would be getting paid and other company internal questions. I thought it was strange, but she seemed sweet, just a bit confused. I reached out to them and asked that they contact her to answer her questions because she seemed a little lost. The day before her birthday party, I received a call from their office stating the Tiana gown was ruined so my options were: 1. Get a different character (For her themed party? No thanks) 2. Get a refund (After my daughter has been told for a month that Tiana would be at her party?) or 3. Have the actress arrive in just a pink gown. None of these options were ideal, but less than 24 hours before her party, what choice did I have? Day of her event: Tiana arrived late with a Dollar Tree bag of watercolor "face paint". This was surprising and disappointing because we chose face painting as an activity so we assumed the face paint materials would have been provided to the character by the company. There wasn't any Princess training nor did my daughter receive a tiara-another item on my invoice but wasn't delivered on. Tiana did help hand out cake, and she took pictures and sent them to me. The accumulation of the final 24 hours I dealt with this company is the reasoning behind my scoring of them. I will say the actress was very sweet, and although my daughter questioned where her Tiana gown was which bummed me out; our gripe is with the company and how everything was so poorly executed.

I'm an event planner, and lots of times, I have last minute gigs that come up out of the blue.
