That kind of energy doesn't happen by accident--and it's a direct reflection of Genessa, the manager. Her attention to detail, calm leadership, and the way she supports and leads her team is truly impressive. You can feel it in every interaction. The staff was organized, warm, attentive, and so clearly happy to be there. The facility itself is spotless, well-run, and perfect for kids. And can we talk about the food? It's actually good--which is rare for kids' party venues. On top of that, the fact that they allow outside cold platters with no additional charge is an absolute game changer for parents planning a party. Everything felt easy, joyful, and stress-free--which is exactly what you hope for when hosting a child's birthday. We left saying the same thing we did last year: why would we go anywhere else? I sincerely hope my kids never grow out of Safari Run, because we would happily keep hosting parties here for years to come. So definitely no complaints. The venue itself is great, surprisingly kids friendly (lots of games and things to do), food (primarily Mexican) is excellent, beer and alcohol selection superb, probably a really good place to watch San Jose Sharks games and the Caddy Shack photos in the bathroom was a nice touch. Also, I have to add that ahead of the Super Bowl I called and visited a couple of times, and the staff was very helpful. So overall, very happy with the experience and would highly recommend. Hope to be back again sometime in the future.

This pandemic has completely flipped over the world of event planning. I worked closely with Leo. He is AMAZING. We did the trivia event. This is done through Zoom, but my teams and I wanted to view the animations and scoreboard on Kahoot (trivia platform), so we viewed Leo's Kahoot screen via Zoom, and chatted w/ our own teams via Cisco Webex. My team got dead last but we had so much fun testing our knowledge of General, San Francisco, Animals, and some company questions too! Leo was so accommodating with the million demos I wanted to run to ensure this virtual event would be successful. Thankfully, it was. I was flooded with messages from my team afterward that they had so much fun. I'm already looking forward to see what else Culture.Fun can help me out with in the virtual world of event planning now.
