I first hired Paradise to do a cleanup job and was so impressed that I hired them to do a major…read morelandscaping project that I had been planning for years: a complete renovation of the so-called front lawn of my house, which was basically just a large rectangle choked with crabgrass and weeds, Since I know nothing about plants, I left everything in Lucy's capable hands. My requirements were: - Bold and colorful - Native and drought tolerant - Automated drip irrigation The project took approximately one week. The amount of work they got done was staggering: they removed all of the old soil, rocks, and weeds and replaced it with quality soil. They laid the irrigation so that each plant has it's own little spigot. Then, the plants arrived - 100 of them! After they were planted, mulch was applied and TA-DA! Best lawn in the neighborhood!! They followed up with a few visits to check the irrigation and make sure everything was good. We are in the height of August summer now, and now at about 6 week mark, the plants are still thriving, the leaves are nice and juicy, and the flowers are growing. Almost immediately, it started to attract hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. Beautiful, AND good for the environment!!! This was a very expensive project for me - I've been waiting to do it for 7 years! But I am delighted with the results.
