    I am a real customer and my experience was beyond horrible and it almost made us miss our trip had…read moreI not gotten an appointment in DC at the passport agency as Passportsandvisas.com not only lost my boyfriend's passport at the last minute, but our customer service agent stopped communicating with us (he never really communicated with us that much in the first place. To put the story into context, I was handling getting my boyfriend's passport renewed for him as he just didn't have time to do it himself. On Match 11, 2024 I overnighted the passport renewal info for my boyfriend to his assigned customer service agent Mike Sosa who is located in Florida. He did communicate with me to confirm that all of the documents were correctly filled out and that the documents had been received. That was the last time I heard from Mike Sosa until I emailed him April 17, 2024 to ask about the status of the passport. Mike emailed me back on April 18th to inform me that the passport would arrive April 24, 2024. The passport never arrived. I emailed Mike Sosa multiple times on April 24, 2024. I also called passportsandvisas.com five times on April 24, 2024 and spoke to five different women all of whom hung up on me while I was telling them that the passport never arrived and could they please update me on where it was. It was like the call dropped every time. I got no where. Mike called me for the first time ever on April 25, 2024 and told me that the passport had been lost somewhere between their office in Colorado and the passport agency. The entire reason I decided to go with this company was that they were supposed to be able to monitor the process of the passport in it's journey of getting renewed, it was supposed to be white glove service. Then tell me how/why Mike Sosa told me on April 18th that the passport was getting processed and it would be overnighted to my boyfriend on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 and would arrive Wednesday, April 24, 2024? Shouldn't he have been able to see that the passport never made it to the State Department?? Had I not emailed him the day it was supposed to arrive and just waited, would he have ever contacted me? Who knows. While on the phone with Mike he told me that he would email me the instructions for the new situation we found ourselves in, that of a now lost passport. Please realize at this point, I only had a week left before our trip. I asked Mike Sosa would passportsandvisas.com pay for the state department fee since they lost the passport. He told me he would check with his manager and never called me back. I called and left multiple voicemails for Mike Sosa and I also emailed him and he never responded. I'm still emailing him asking for a refund for the $237 my boyfriend paid for the expediting service that never occurred. So what did we do? We got on the State Department's website and got an appointment at the passport agency in Washington, DC and got his passport in one day. I've never heard back from Mike Sosa after six emails asking for a refund for a service that was never provided. I tell you all of this as my experience matches up exactly with what everyone on Facebook said happened to them. They would call into the company and not only did it take an act of congress to get someone to answer the phone, but they constantly got hung up on. I received no help at all when I called the company. Mike Sosa to this day will not return my phone calls or emails. I truly believe that this company is a sham. If you want nothing more than a run around, headache, to lose your money and possibly miss your trip then go ahead and give passportsandvisas.com a try. I wouldn't waste my time and I would drive to your nearest passport agency and try to get a same day passport appointment. Please go to Facebook and see the review. The worst service, took my money on 3/6 for a 21 day expediting service. I had to drive two hundred miles on April 15th to get my passport from the US Passport Agency the day before my international travel. Numerous calls and emails and absolutely no responses. I wish I would have read the reviews before I gave them my credit card. I honestly feel like starting a class action lawsuit against the owners of this scam business.
