Please for the love of God do NOT use this company. Biggest scam I have ever encounter. Thankfully for outdoor surveillance cameras to help capture these crooks. Claims of showing up for 3+ hours and not showing at all. When they would show up it would be no more then 4-5 mins and claim to be there for 30-60 mins, I have a 3 story house. Can't stress how sorry this company is. Seems they out source work and the job never gets done. I've been refusing to pay as technicians claim to show up and never do and then i get charged for services. No help from customer service or regional management. Currently had to settle with a collection agencies due to OPC ignorance, incompetent and lazy personal. My goal will to ensure leaving horrible reviews anywhere anytime i can to hopefully not have some else get scammed as I did. read more

Unbelievably unprofessional!!! Reached out to get an evaluation and a quote. Actually had to call again to get a second evaluation because they forgot about us. Here we are a month and a half later after the second evaluation! Still never have received the estimate or quote! Broken promises after broken promises. Trying to reach anyone at the Louisville office is miserable. I spent half the day either on hold or waiting for 20 or more minutes to be hung up on. It literally took me more than four hours to reach a person so that I could get a person here to spray for ants. They definitely need to make an improvement on how they deal with phone calls. read more

I wish I could leave a negative star review. We have used their services for the better part of a decade and have been relatively OK with them. I discovered an ant problem about 3 weeks ago and called for them to come out to address this. I spoke to a lady and she said that was something they could take care of and assured me that Nolan would be in touch with me to let me know when he was on his way. I have never heard from Nolan and after 5 follow up calls, which sent me to their text service 4 times and once to voice mail; NOTHING. Zero response from them. This is the worst service I've ever seen from a company. I will tell everyone I know how bad they suck. Be warned. read more

My strange experience with a company we did not hire. We bought a new house in Whiteblossom Estates in November 2020 (Closed on 11/25/20?. Shortly after moving, OPC came to our new home to chat about a new service contract for pests as the previous owner had one. He gave us his card and we told them we'd be in touch. We decided not to hire OPC at that time and get settled in our new house. Little to our knowledge, OPC decided to continue to treat our home, even though we didn't have a contract with them. They forwarded the bill to the previous owner who informed us OPC had continued to treat our home, without a contract. When we called, the customer service rep informed me that there was a contract with the previous owner that they had forgotten to cancel. When I inquired about the sales rep who came to our home to attempt to sell us a new contract, she dismissed that and informed me that if there was a contract with a previous owner, they were going to deliver, even if they sold us a new contract. So when OPC sent the sales person out to my home, were they going to bill two contracts for one treatment on one home? Why would OPC wait months to bill for the service the provided- which supposedly was on Jan 21, 2021? We were never informed that someone was spraying bug poison on our property--would have been nice to know, as we have a dog that goes outside. End result, we ended up paying OPC for a service we did not purchase nor agree to. Not totally sure, it actually occurred. read more

Great pest control services - TERRIBLE customer service! I just realized that the quarterly cost that I am being automatically charged was increased earlier this year WITHOUT notice. I have been using OPC Services for over 10 years now and am very frustrated that these increases continue to occur without notice. I understand the need to cost of living increases. OPC had me sign the contract online, but never provided me an electronic nor paper copy. Afterwards I saw no way to view it on Adobe. I sent a letter and left a voice mail to OPC that I wished to cancel my contract on 6-22-23. As of 7-24-23 they still had me as a customer, though they terminated it that day at my insistence, along with charging me $99. They explained the $99 charge was because the contract was for service every other month for a year, the contract was signed in September 2022, and the $99 payment was for 7-2023 service. I told them not to bother to send the tech out for my last service. I added that I thought it was poor business practices to handcuff customers for a full year of service and not providing a copy of the signed contract to the customer. read more

Adam came out to my house and went all the way around and now I don't have any more ants in my breakfast area. He found my problem, and I don't have any more wasps, he found that problem as well. Came back to follow up on some mouse droppings. Everything's good there. Easy to work with he's my regular guy and he has five or six houses in our immediate neighborhood. read more

we used them for a rental property, they set us up with a re-occurring annual program where they charge us every other month plus a large down payment. we knew we were gonna be selling the property and were told we could cancel if sold....they would not honor that agreement. contract was even accurate when our "electronic phone signature" was dated prior the technician "signature". customer service was low quality as well. beware of shady sales tactics. read more

Ants! With all this rain some ants decided to invite themselves inside our home. We typically don't mind company, however, they have overstayed their welcome. They know my place is clean and don't understand why I have roaches. OPC doesn't put bait out that's supposed to keep them from having babies so they never go away. Great job security. Had the service for 2+ years, BUT had mice and ants return. NO phone calls back, despite calls x3 to the OPC office. Not the way to do business, especially when pest control companies are everywhere. The service itself was good, however, when it came time for renewal and we asked for an extension due to our work hours being cut do to COVID the manager was not very compassionate. Even though good service is my top priority, customer service is right up there with it. As I said before their service is good but my inlaws and few of our neighbors use black diamond and both their service AND customer service is very good. This company did an awesome job. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. Bo did the outside work for termite control. Donald explained everything that he was doing, types of spiders (one of my huge dreads) and was honest enough to let me know that I didn't have a ground bee issue, when I thought I did. He could have charged me for an unnecessary spray, (which I was ready to purchase) but he didn't. I'll go back onto yelp, to add another sprayer's name onto my review, once I obtain it. I called and made an appointment and they sent me an email with the name of my tech and a picture of him before he arrived so I'd know who to expect. Kevin was really nice. He walked around and evaluated inside and outside and gave me his recommendation and pricing options before doing anything. I live close to Jefferson Memorial Forest so woodsy, lots of trees, and lots of spiders. I've seen significantly less bugs of all kinds since they treated.
