    No protection

First of all don't schedule a tournament the same day or atleast the same morning as Disneyland blocks off the neighboring roads and freeway exits that prevent access to your facility (fun run, 5k I don't know - but whatever it is it was definitely planned in advance!). Really?!? That helps no one by bringing in more traffic clogging up an already congested area. Irresponsible. Waze couldn't keep up, didn't recognize all of the closures, it was ridiculous. Secondly your netting is insufficient- I was hit in the back of the head hard by a ball from the court behind me. Your 'protective' netting falls far short. I consider that negligent. Of course there is risk attending sporting events but your facility did a shoddy job of hanging nets to protect spectators. I'm here now with hours left to go, I'm livid and my head hurts. UPDATE - my head still hurts almost 2 hours later so I spoke with the assistant general manager and visited the medical tent. I've been given ice, treated respectfully and I appreciate that. I sincerely hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

If you want to check out some of the craziest and talented high school basketball teams, this place is for you! It has 9 courts and there are games on all of them at the same time! It's a bit of sensory overload of you're not used to it. Lots of buzzers and whistles. I'm not sure how the players keep track of it, but the do. You can pay cash or with card at the entrance. It's usually $8. There is also a snack bar which is good if there are back to back games for your team!

Cool gym. Gym parking lot is small, but for sports events like today's Volleyball tournament, they also use the parking lot that is right in front, I believe that's the inside swap meet's parking lot. $20 per car. There only a few metal benches inside by each court, but it is not enough (and they are a bit uncomfortable lol), it is high recommended to bring your own chairs. They offer a snack shop and a equipment shop.

    Fun game! Good friends!

LOVE this indoor basketball, volleyball and sports gym! It would be a great venue for tournaments! It is quite a large place ready for a fun time to play some hoops for sure! The fifth star was definitely for being spot clean and well organized too! Everything was in its right place. Shout-out to John the main guy! He was very accommodating to our friends. Too bad my two favorite guys didn't win as many games as they would have liked too. Ended the night with 2-2. Tough Asian crowd tonight!

Their phones don't work and they don't respond to emails. If you leave something by accident during a tournament, kiss it goodbye forever.

From the outside it looks massive, and inside there are a bunch of trophies and pictures on the walls, which was cool to look at while we waited. The online waiver was easy and didn't take long at all. We had two courts next to each other and it didn't feel cramped, even as beginners. I liked that it still felt like we had our own space. But... there are definitely some things that could be better. There's a weird smell when you first walk in. You kind of get used to it after a while, but it's noticeable. The price was also kind of crazy , $42 for six people for one hour feels steep for what you're getting. The building feels a little outdated overall, and the restroom was honestly not great. The brown soap coming out of the dispenser was not it. Also, the lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly and rushed us off right when our time was up, even though there were empty courts. For what they charge, a little better customer service would make a big difference. We still had fun playing, but between the smell, price, and service, I'd say it's a solid 3 stars.

The crunchy tacos are a great snack while drinking, but the salsa is severely lacking in flavor. The quality/freshness is there, but it needs flavor. The western burger is really good, but I sub the swiss for melted blue cheese instead. Bang on. Just as a heads up, it gets SUPER busy on the weekends and the parking lot is tiny, so be prepared. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made their first visit such a great experience. We came back again today, and we got new pickleball shoes and I got my new Selkirk Omni Widebody Pickleball Paddle! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Howard. Once again, Han was very helpful -- she guided us on what shoes are best for pickleball, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident with our choices. If you love Tennis, Badminton, or Pickleball, this is definitely the place to go! They have great gear, great advice, and you can even rent a pickleball paddle if you want to try one before buying. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, but special shout out to Han for going above and beyond and making our experience extra special. The store has such a nice atmosphere when you walk in, and you can feel that they truly care about their customers and the sports community. We will definitely be coming back here for all our pickleball needs! Thank you The Rally Shop, Howard, and Han!

Afterwards, I was contacted about a $99 intro they were currently offering for 2 weeks of unlimited classes. There are many instructors here and I've taken classes with Miranda, Mia, Ashlyn, Gaby, and Camryn. All of the instructors have been excellent especially with newbies. They are all great at explaining each exercise clearly and working with you on your form if you need to make corrections. Each of these instructors have challenged me and made me feel welcome at the studio. I also liked that the studio owners weren't too pushy when trying to sell their memberships as I've been to other studios that were way too aggressive. One con about this location is that the parking lot is pretty small and you may not always get parking directly in front of the studio however, there is nearby street parking.
