Anything good about this center is gone - nice teachers gone, positivity gone, no one talks to you so imagine what the kids are getting, no recaps the day or what you child did. They never take home any projects or activities nothing.. what ate they doing. Kids are on electronics no parent/teacher or teacher/ child interaction. They should be shut down. the director here is a joke I have heard her talk about myself and other parents over a walkie talkie to her team so no wonder everyone is rude, unengaged, disinterested and lazy it starts from the top. I caught her in a lie and she did call to apologize about the issue but she is the biggest problem here. She only talks about money money money. She sets the tone and clearly it is not one about customer service or care or even a passion for working with children. I even reported it to the district level not sure they cared either. absolutely pathetic. someone from the district should check this place out. The kids are getting nothing. the leave a QR code outside for parents so no one goes inside to see the utter lack of involvement. I miss the days of binders full of projects and notes telling you what you kids did or learnt. The old center did family days, or invited you in, talk to you, The kid had clubs, my kids started sports teams, businesses , competitions all sorts of creativity was encouraged. Now the only information sent out if for payment lol what a joke. The director never leaves her desk never comes out to say hello. Her lazy minions look like they hate kids. The way they talk to the kids is sad and they look right past parents. Save you money go to the boys and girls club, a neighborhood sitter, or christian or catholic on site day care. YOUR KIDS DESERVE BETTER. What a sad and pathetic end to my 8 year here. I am active in my children's schools, coach community sports and volunteer I will continue to share my shock at what a sad and pathetic excuse of a center this is to all who will listen. Kids need kindness, attention, involvement, creativity, smiles, interest, this place has none of it and it is not free so what are you guys doing there - get out for you kids sake. Shame on Catalyst kids for allowing this. Even the teachers complained during covid that they never did the required school work or home work. Teachers constantly complained about them. The good staff have left this place and it is left with lazy people who clearly hate kids and have no interest in them. I would attach pictures but we are not allowed in the center at all and are kept outside - so nothing to take a picture of but parents / kids/ staff all separate and no connection. They are the equivalent of taking your kids to a family member in an emergency who does not like kids but has to keep them safe with the least amount of engagement and they do the very bare minimum. I was hesitant in the beginning because of the pricing difference but I'm so glad they went. The kids had a blast and didn't mind having to go to camp at all. My older daughter, 8 at the time, attended the Adventure Camp and they were off campus all summer doing activities, she absolutely loved that she got to do activities without her younger brother! My younger son, who was 6, attended the Activity Camp and he had a blast as well, no tears to go from him. Ms. Claudia and Ms. Laura were such a pleasure to work with and the program itself was amazing. I really like the way they decorate the portables to have a homey feel for the kiddos. I also like how they group the kids by age so that they are around their peers and not all clumped in one room. We are signing up again this year and the kids can't wait to go.

Five Years of Love, Support, and an Extraordinary Community…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about Childtime, Ms. America, and the incredible women who have loved, cared for, and supported my daughter and me through the first five years of her life. When my daughter first started at Childtime, I never could have imagined that I would find so much more than a daycare and preschool. I found a community. The women at this school walked alongside me through the first five years of motherhood, answering questions about everything from breastfeeding and building a stored milk supply to feeding, sleeping, potty training, toddler tantrums, and even navigating parenting through divorce. They supported not only my daughter, but me. I will forever be grateful for the care, wisdom, patience, and encouragement they gave our family. I especially cannot say enough about Ms. America, the school director. Her stewardship of a team that has created such a loving and supportive community is truly remarkable. Her care for my daughter, her care for me, and the countless pieces of advice she has shared with me over the last five years mean more to me than I could ever put into words. She has created an environment where families feel known, supported, and genuinely cared for. Ms. Kanice and Ms. Dianne were the steadfast and loving leaders of my daughter's first year in the infant room. They did just as much to soothe me as they did to soothe my baby! I would find myself coming early or staying late just to ask questions about my daughter's development, feeding, sleeping, and all the things that come with being a new mom. They took incredible care of both of us and gave me so much confidence during a very new and sometimes overwhelming season of motherhood. Ms. Liz and Ms. Diana were there as my daughter transitioned from a baby into a toddler, and they took such incredible care of my growing girl. As her energy grew and she mastered milestone after milestone, I knew that Liz and Diana were layering learning, structure, encouragement, and love into her every day. They helped her grow while making sure she felt safe, seen, and celebrated. I am so thankful for Ms. Melanie, who my daughter had next. The time she spent in her classroom was truly formative. Melanie is a master of potty training--she had my daughter out of daytime diapers in just 10 days, and she was out of bedtime diapers at home within another week! But even more valuable than that was the guidance she gave me as a mom. Following Melanie's advice gave me a roadmap through the "terrible twos" and the "threenage" years. I genuinely don't know where I would have been without her wisdom, consistency, and support during those years. And then there are Ms. Stella and Ms. Marlene, who have made an indelible mark on both my daughter's heart and mine. They have fostered such a rich learning environment that my daughter has developed a genuine hunger to learn. They have prepared her incredibly well for kindergarten and have helped her build a strong foundation in the traditional academic subjects and so much more. What makes Stella and Marlene especially wonderful, though, is that they know my daughter not simply as a student, but as a person. They have dedicated so much time and care to fostering her social development and understanding her unique heart, personality, likes, dislikes, strengths, and challenges. They have loved her so well, and I will always be grateful for that. Every one of these teachers has gone above and beyond the call of duty. They have poured love, patience, knowledge, and care into my daughter, and they have supported me through some of the most important and challenging years of my life. Childtime has been so much more than a school for our family. It has been a village. It has been a place where my daughter was loved, nurtured, challenged, encouraged, and celebrated--and where I, as her mom, was never made to feel like I had to figure everything out alone. Five years is a long time to entrust someone with your child, and I can honestly say I would make the same choice all over again. I am beyond thankful for Ms. America and every teacher who has been part of our journey. I do wish the team at this location had more communication with one another and better training in urgent situations. Overall my son got multiple bite marks in his early years here, a cracked elbow, and most recently 5 stitches to his chin after being pushed by another child during play time. Accidents do happen but the way incidents always got minimized or met with lack of urgency and reports hardly matched what was described verbally is what really sucked. I did have some teachers who I liked and really liked that it was Spanish and English being taught at times. But overall I wouldn't recommend this location to family or friends. There's room for improvement and accountability at this location.

Teachers were all very sweet and accommodating, she comes home singing new songs and dances. They provide lunch and snacks so I didn't have to pack, which was great. It was a big selling point for me, but the images often are very blurry, could hardly make out which one is my child, has to put colorful bows in her hair just to pick her out from the crowd. Even then, can't really tell whether she's laughing, upset. Just a blurry figure. Another cons being that they consolidate the classes later in the evening without really giving a proper sign out to the other teachers. It seldom happens, but a few times I've picked up my child and there's a bruise or some sort of injuries, which happens and expected since she's a toddler, but kinda upsetting when I ask what happened and the teacher kinda shrugged and said she didn't watch her earlier so has no idea. The registration process is smooth and there is great communication with the Program Director as well as the other staff. My son looks forward to Summer Camp each year and speaks of all the exciting new learning activities the staff provides daily. The Y-Benson is well organized and provide timely reminders of all events. I am so grateful to have found such a great place for my son to learn, have fun and meet new friends.
