This is not a tourist spot, so there is no night life or things to see unless you drive 10 minutes to Lincoln City. I come here because I have a very stressful job and this place helps me unwind. This place appeals to me because it's quiet are there are not a lot of people around. This place is ideal for those that want to have a private beach and not have a bunch of people around. You practically have your own private beach. If you are looking for more things to do you can just pop into Lincoln City which is not far away. This place is for those that want to relax in peace and quiet. Keep that in mind when coming here.

If having a romantic weekend straight out of 1982 is your dream vacation, book!!! If not, avoid. I do believe each house is decorated/provisioned by the actual owners and not the property management team, as I did see other homes that were incredibly cute. This home, however, could use a massive update. Bathrooms were seriously laughable -- if you're over 5 feet and 90 pounds, good luck with fitting in the tub or shower! Hope you're also a fan of WEAK water pressure -- and the bedding (comforter) in the king room looked like it had been well marked by a dog. Sweet. I will say we had GREAT views from the family room and deck. Saw a TON of whales right from the family room. We kept plenty warm and cozy. I think it was way over priced for getting accommodations so extremely dated. Also, watch out for the rip tide. Watched people get rescued!

The cabin we were to check into was checked out from the prior guests. We sat around waiting for it to be cleaned, as we were to check in at 3. At 2:40, a lady finally showed up to clean it. It was 3:10 by the time she left. We went in to find the place still disgusting. The carpet in the bedroom hadn't been vacuumed and was covered in dirt and debris. The last guests old wadded up tissues were still on the nightstand. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. Hairs all over the sink and sink clearly not even wiped out. Hairs on and around the toilet and covering the baseboard heater ledge. There was urine on the floor. The kitchen counters were not wiped and cleaned, and there were dirty dishes in the cupboards. We asked for them to come back and clean and the manager (Jim?) disgruntled, came back, looked in the bathroom, saw the sink, put his finger on the long hair, wiped it on his pants (which then fell on the floor?! How is that helping?), and remarked, "okay so ONE hair?" as if I was ridiculous for making any sort of statement or request for further cleaning. Turns out, the cleaner is his wife. No wonder he was so defensive! The pool heater was broken and freezing, the hot tub was emptied, and the sauna was broken too. The basketball hoop was bent, the shuffleboard items broken, the playground in terrible condition. This was probably nice when it opened. It hasn't been maintained at all. Maybe under new management it could bounce back. Would never return and waste my money here.

The park roads are filled with rough potholes making driving difficult. It has been that way since joining in 2016. There have been numerous failed attempts to fill the potholes. They need to bite the bullet and bring in a large amount of road grade gavel to cover the park roads. Walking to and from RVs rabbit droppings around the sites stick to the bottom of shoes. Charged $5 a day for worthless internet. As in years past and the 4 times we have been at Neskowin Creek Park this year internet connection has been sporadic to nonexistent. A majority of time there has been no internet. The 16 years we have been members WIFI/internet has been useless. We are not downloading, watching movies. Just email, news apps. When we first joined, it was relatively easy to reserve a sight on short notice. It appears Membership has been oversold while continuing to be sold to the point it has been more difficult to obtain a reservation less than 90 days ahead. To add to the problem, they are renting sites long term to non-members. The last two years we have observed a better pull through site in the park has permanently been occupied by the same 5th wheel. When we signed up, we were informed it wouldn't be problem to sell our membership. It is very difficult to get out of the contract. We know of a number of people who have walked away unable to recoup the contract amount paid. Buyer beware.

Though I had to remember to be mindful of the ceiling height up on the loft and the stairs leading up, everything else was positive. I booked the stay on Expedia. On the day of arrival, received a text from host with House # and the passcode for entry. Checkout is the same way, just text bk your House # and name with time. Location was easy to locate, about 10 mins from Tillamook Creamy and 20 mins to Rockaway Beach. I was greeted by some wild deers when I pull into their parking lot. Their tiny homes each came with their own bbq grill on the front porch. In the back, there is a small fire pit for roasting marshmallows, very cute. The interior is clean and the kitchen came with utensils to cook a meal. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of windows for ventilation and their heaters kept us warm through the night.

Site utilities functioned but water and sewer lines had to cross and both hookups were below grade, improvements to entire site are needed.My patient wife was in tears seeing her careful plans dashed. We survived thanks to the beauty of the surrounding area and people but feel grossly overcharged. Definitely returning to the area, certainly not staying here.

They provide a hot water kettle so that you can make coffee and tea and there is a mini fridge so that you can store food and beverages. The cabins have a gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean, and the way the decks are located provides privacy from the other cabins the cabins have a private deck with two Adirondack chairs, a table, and a fire pit. This facility is right on the coast and within easy driving distance of many beaches and restaurants and other activities.

My expectations were high and they were exceeded. The advance information sent before our arrival Was extremely thorough to provide the confidence that we were dialed in for this new experience. We checked in at the welcome dome on the lower level that is about 100 yards off the road on a gravel road. It's spacious with cool merch available. We were warmly welcomed and guided up to our mirrored cabin. It's a pretty steep gravel road up. It was fine in our AWD car and there were 2WD cars up there too so you can do it! Zack gave us a brief tour of the cabin to be sure we were aware of all the functionality. The check-in dome closes at 9pm and they leave for the night. Zack also provided his cell phone for any needs. The cabin was actually slightly bigger than my expectation. I loved the minimalistic design that keeps it from feeling crowded and optimized everything for the floor-to-ceiling views. There are motorized blinds if desired but we didn't use them as they were unnecessary. We stayed in #25 Madrone on the end which in my opinion is the best one as you don't see any of the others when inside. This makes you feel like you're the only one here. One of my surprises was how QUIET it was! You can barely even hear the ocean. It feels like it's almost sound proof. There is a single openable window that opens to the parking area at the head of the bed. This is nice for natural air flow and to allow more of the ambient sounds into the space. There is Starlink internet at 11mbps up and down which was nice as there is no cell service here (T-Mobile). There is also no TV provided which I appreciated as that's not why I'm here. My "TV" were the amazing views. But I mention that for awareness so that you're not surprised. There is a mini-fridge and artisanal coffee/tea and a hot pot. There are USB-C outlets to charge your devices too. There is a mini-split AC unit and the heat is in the floors which is delightful. The views to the ocean are spectacular. The bed is firm but comfortable and the pillows are plentiful and luxuriously perfect. They fire up a central fire pit with real wood during the golden hour before sunset. The restaurants and beaches are a short drive away which provides the best of both worlds. This place checks all the boxes. I rarely give 5-star reviews, but this one knocks it out of the park. If you're looking for a secluded and peaceful retreat, this is the one! What a special treat! Thanks Zack and team!

It's fairly open, and not a ton of shade, so be sure to bring a canopy or something. The sites are mostly grass, which I loved as that's so much nicer to pitch your tent on than dirt. They have nice facilities too. The bathrooms were nice and they have hot showers available for $0.50 (quarters only). There are water spigots every few sites, so you don't have to go too far to find any H2O. What's great about this place is the location. It's right behind the Cape Kiwanda Inn and across the street from Pelican Brewery and the beach. Definitely a good campsite for a beach trip.

The home is only two minutes to the Oceanside beach and about 10 to Tillamook (no cell service at the house, but speedy wifi). Our room (Sea Mist) was private, very quiet save for the roar of the ocean in the distance, super comfy bed, and enormous bathroom with heated floors. The food was, if possible, even better than the lodging. Haystacks, waffles and yogurt parfaits for breakfast, apple cupcakes with cranberry frosting as an afternoon snack, chocolate covered strawberries - all homemade by Mary. Let's just say we didn't need lunch during our stay. Mary is an absolute delight - happy to chat with you over breakfast and offer local tips, or leave you be if you prefer privacy. She was also so sweet when my wife came down sick on our trip, offering late check-out and outfitting us with doggie bags and ice chips for the car ride home. And if you like dogs, Jessie the 16-year-old Wheaton terrier is always waiting downstairs and eager for a scratch behind the ears. We will most certainly be back!

They gave us a quote for a price but then added $100 at job completion because they didn't realize it was a three stage paint job. Isn't this what they do for a living shouldn't they know when they bid a job out the paint that is needed? They also said they would do a better job than the dealership, that the dealership would just dab the two touch up spots (pictured) with paint which is exactly what they did. We would have been better off driving into Portland to the dealership to have it done. There are new chips in the paint on the hood that were not there when we dropped off the car as we inspected in the parking lot when we dropped it off. The owner is extremely rude and aggressive. They do not have any customer service skills and refused to call the dealership for payment directly. Instead they called us and then we had to call the dealership to call them. I recommend going elsewhere. If you go here prepare to be disappointed and not get what you pay for.
