You can select your choice of milk: almond milk, chocolate almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk. They also offer 2 house-made milk options for an upcharge: cashew milk and almond milk. The combination of mint, cacao nibs, banana, and dates creates a flavor that reminds me of a healthy version of a mint chocolate chip treat, while the cashews added a creamy, satisfying texture. I especially appreciate that the supergreens blend in seamlessly without overpowering the taste. It's refreshing, naturally sweet, and filling without feeling heavy. If you're looking for a smoothie that's both nourishing and indulgent, the Grasshopper is a standout choice. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional. The space itself has a calm, Zen-like energy that matches the wellness focus of the menu. It's just as nice a spot to sit and relax as it is to grab something on the go. I'd probably visit daily if I lived closer!

They offer a variety of classes and even have a reasonably priced two-week pass for newcomers to try different options. I don't come as often as I used to because I live in the city, and it's not just a quick drive. I was more active with Breathe when they had locations in College Town and at Hutchinson House on East Avenue. That said, it's worth the trip--I take a restorative yoga class with a sound bath here, and so far, it's the only place in the area that offers this as a regular class. The space is lovely, with a great selection of gifts, books, clothing, and more. Parking can be a bit frustrating, as the lot behind the building sometimes fills up, and street parking may be necessary.

I like the actual studio…read morespace/vibe, the fact that there is great easy parking, and that the instructors are great motivators. Each class was different, both were challenging, and I like how I feel at the end of each session. I also like how the instructor gets into your head, knows what you might be thinking and has a mantra or story to help you get out of it. Philosophically, I feel like this place fits me and where I am mentally when I practice. I highly recommend signing up online for classes and/or investing in a pass (which I haven't done yet). I have been doing the drop-in thing and the room can be packed - in fact both of the classes I've attended so far have been packed with up to 40 people in the room, 10 mats to a row, which can be challenging if you are not familiar with yoga and/or fit enough to do your poses without risking losing your balance. However, the community of folks who attend all seem very friendly and forgiving! I also really appreciate the instructors providing verbal prompts for further challenge yourself or for easing off/modifying the pose as needed. Something you sometimes feel is missing in other studios where a one-size-fits-all approach is delivered. I definitely recommend giving them a visit, especially as a comparison to some of the other studios around town. My only lament is that I wish they were closer to downtown Rochester....mainly because of the winter weather and the fact that a round trip for me means a 2.5-3 hour investment of time....but for now I am managing it!

It is evident that the instructors care deeply about their mission. I have not been to the new location yet, but if it weren't for geography and harsh winters (25-35 min. commute), I would be there every day. I highly recommend this studio to anyone in the Webster and nearby areas.

The first class I completed was Candlelight Yoga with Ali. It was so calming and definitely a great wind down to your day. The second class I took with a friend and it was a 30 min Pilates-inspired abs class with Rachael. While my abs did need this workout, I am so glad it was only 30 minutes because I was DYING. It was such a low impact ab class that will definitely get your abs in place. My 3rd class was a Vin/Yin class with Lauren this morning and it was amazing. We did a little bit of vinyasa before really stretching our hips and hamstrings. If you're in the area, stop on in and find your center. This is an amazing studio!!
