She also provided referrals that where requested. I am very comfortable with her and the treatment plan we created. Nurse Karen and the ladies up front were also very nice and accommodating. I would recommend Ms. Lightfoot. I will update as I interact with the other providers.

Visited this office with my mom . Unaware of policy to sign in for any reason I entered the door…read moreand waited to be addressed and I was very inappropriately by the staff with at that time no explanation. I went back to waiting area. While in the office with Mom and Dr. Clark. I said Dr. When people come to this office most are sick and does not want to be talked to like that. He stated very angrily. Well I'm not firing anybody . You should hear how people talks to her. I said but I have never spoken to anyone here inappropriately. Dr. Said you'll might as well get over it. Figure out what you need to do or where else you need to go. And if you looking for sympathy I have none for you so get over it. He said I have nothing else to say about it. I said Dr. All I'm asking is to please explain to staff to talk and treat patients and Visitors with respect. It was an experience that I've never had. Very disappointed . However when checking out I talked with the receptionist about the way she spoke . She then politely apologized and explained the policies she said the office is always busy. And it can be stressful.. I said Thanks and always remember people come to be healed not hurt. So a friendly smile can go a long way. I am not a patient there but my mom is. I pray that no one else experience this type of behavior from a care taker. I'm still trying to get past it ..

I visited this doctors office on 09/30/2019 and was extremely sick with a bad cough and cold. I was…read moreplaced in the X-ray room and asked to sit there until an actual patient's room was ready. The nurse asked me for my symptoms, then moved me to a regular room. Dr. Tabe came in the room and was in there for MAYBE 5 minutes tops and cut me off while I was talking to tell me that my temperature and stiff was normal, but we would do X-rays and Blood work. They sent me for X rays and bloodwork within the office, and that was the last I even saw of this doctor. I was told I would be contacted the following day. Today is 10/16/2019 and I still have not heard anything AND on 10/04/2019 (the friday of the same week) my sickness got so bad I had to end up being driven to Immediate Care and was seen by another doctor. I reached out to this office this morning and the best thing the secretary told me was "We can reschedule you for a follow-up visit". Just so they can bill my insurance again!!! I will NEVER be returning to this office again, and strongly recommend you DO NOT go here if you are sick. If you just need a note for an excuse to miss work, feel free ‍

There are two doctors that oversee two clinics. The other three "doctors" at this clinic are nurse…read morepractitioners. My story would be too long for this review. But if you have a serious condition make sure you are seeing one of the doctors and not a nurse practitioner. Mine has made countless mistakes and I have a life-threatening issue. I have requested one of the doctors to work with me to understand what's been going on and correct some things so I can get referrals to specialists that have been neglected.
