I called them once as my download speed degraded, but it was addressed rapidly: the cable company had some works in my area and Altima used this cable service. I had good and reliable performance. Billing was straightforward, no explanation needed. It's true that I don't have phone service with them, besides Wi-Fi calling.

We should have gotten a receipt because now they are still trying to charge us for the devices even though we have already sent them back! SCAMMERS. Do not get service from this horrible company.

The only reason I left them, was due to Ebox no longer offering Cable connections in my area. While there was a bit of confusion in the end-of-service procedures, they were very understanding and ensured fair outcome. Again, I really liked their service, and would return to them if they came back to my area of Mississauga (they still service other parts of the city)

I signed up for a mobile plan, and ordered the SIM card. They said, I would receive it within 2-3 days. A few days later, I called because it hadn't shipped yet. Then they said it takes 2-3 weeks. I asked her to cancel everything, she told me she did. I asked for an email confirming the cancellation. She said they don't do that, but I will receive a cancellation notification of some sort. I then signed up with a new company, and within minutes of the call I received an email stating that the SIM card shipped. I called Virgin, they said they never cancelled. I asked them to cancel, and was told that they can't.
