I contacted Ray and later Samuel Poku regarding a policy issue and requested a copy or reference to the specific written policy being applied. Instead of providing the requested policy language, I was told that a separate detailed policy was not required and that the general rule applied. If a coworking space is going to issue warnings or threaten to terminate a member's access, the standards being enforced should be clearly defined and available in writing. Additionally, when a space advertises 24/7 access, using the amount of time a member spends in the workspace as a point of concern creates confusion unless there are clearly stated limits or guidelines. The back-and-forth communication took significant time away from the purpose of having a workspace. I ultimately decided the membership was not the right fit for my needs and canceled. I would expect a professional coworking space to provide clear policies, transparent communication, and consistent expectations for its members.

The new large screen for the FIFA games has really added something special. Seeing people gathered together watching Switzerland play Colombia, cheering for their teams and enjoying the excitement of the game, made the whole place feel alive. I also noticed the new games and activities for both children and adults, which is such a nice touch. It makes the Winter Garden feel even more welcoming and gives families, friends, and visitors another reason to spend time there. What I love most about this place is how it changes with every event and season. The beautiful palm trees create such a unique atmosphere, and I've enjoyed coming here for The Nutcracker during the holidays, the Lunar New Year celebrations, and many times simply to relax and spend time with family and friends. Every visit feels different. The surrounding area makes it even better. Having places like Le District nearby, along with cafés and shops offering crêpes, ice cream, coffee, and pastries, makes it easy to stay and enjoy the experience. The mix of restaurants, cafés, and stores, including luxury shops like Louis Vuitton, adds to the feeling that there is always something new to discover. A big thank you to the staff and everyone who works behind the scenes to make these experiences happen. Their effort is what helps create such a welcoming place where people can come together. The Winter Garden in my opinion is more than just a beautiful space. It's a place where people make memories, whether they are visiting from around the world or simply stopping by after work.

You can access it via a tucked away escalator or you can take stairs between the wings of the building. In 2005, the Elevated Acre had a redesign of the plaza. The remodel included adding additional gardens, more seating, a tiered amphitheater, a promenade overlooking the East River, varied landscape elements, and better access with the escalators and stairs. The elevated acre is easy to miss. The entrance is discrete and without knowing the stairs or escalator could lead up to this beautiful garden. Every time I went up to the Elevated Acre, it was so quiet and serene. Amid the skyscrapers in the Financial district, this is a great location to escape to. The plaza features landscaped gardens, benches, and plantings. The other side is more open with a lawn, terrace and a amphitheater. You can view the East River, Brooklyn Bridge, and Brooklyn from the Elevated Acre. You can come here for lunch, or evening events! The elevated acre does host outdoor movies, performances and gatherings! The varied topography helps to buffer the street noise too! It's generally open daily with hours in the morning to the night. There is a few restaurants near Elevated Acre like Patsy's Pizzeria & Bar. This is such a great area and a must visit if you're in the Financial District in New York City!

We were lucky to be part of the soft opening weekend of the observatory with new three immersive…read morefloors visit for the price we paid only for top deck . They recently added three floors what they called Time Travel experience to learn more about Time Square history. One star less for my review because our scheduled time is 4 pm but did not let us go upstairs until like 4:30 as we waited for the other groups which I believe passed by the candy shop first. There is a suspense feeling in holding us up in the 3 immersive floors before reaching the top observatory. I love the idea of surprising us with ticker tapes when we walked in, like we are in the New Year's Eve drop zone. Also love the idea of us writing our wish to tape/s and shoot in a big glass room that will be included to what would be dropped this coming Dec 31st . The best part of these immersive floors for me is seeing the on going 2027 crystal ball on last floor before going to the deck. We placed our marks all over to this beautiful ball as if it will bring us to coming New Year's Eve midnight excitement. Then on top deck. The building is in the crossroads of 42nd st / Broadway. It was so nice to see different views from the 19 th floor of the building. Have I told you that outside elevator that brought us here is a glass door? That there is one side if this observation deck that walkway is glass floor and literally could see people down there of Broadway? Staff here is very nice as it assists everyone that would like to get a great photo shot or support/ walkby /give courage to people who wants to try the glass floor walkway free of charge. Definitely a great place to visit. Pricing is better in comparison to other observation decks. Come visit while it is still not crowded and experience the great view from above.

Matthew, the spokesperson and information guide provided so much history of the famous ball. There is a location where we wrote our wishes on ticker tape which will be released at the end of this year's ball drop. This was a very great opportunity to see NY Night Life (Birdseye View). I just hope ambitious brick and mortar venues like this can still find their way as the economy evolves, because New York needs big, flexible spaces where people can throw a truly memorable rager of a party.

4.5 stars The newest…read moreedition to the Skylight family of event spaces is very nice, albeit as bare as they come. The entire place is so white, it makes me look like George Hamilton by comparison. But, that does allow for a pure base for design. And being that its located in the Chelsea Gallery district, it fits right in. Skylight Modern is broken up into 2 levels (each being its own venue, for a total of 15k sq feet) and in turn, each space must be booked $eparately (and it aint cheap). Of course it's Manhattan; what is? The top space is relatively small, but it doesn't feel that way- mainly due to the wall of glass that it is it's main entrance, as well as the numerous windows in the back of the space. There is a large stairway in the middle of this area that leads down to the other space. The lower level is where the majority of the Moderns size comes from. When I walked down the concrete stairs, into the high-ceiling, industrial oasis of a space, it reminded of that rave scene from Blade- minus the blood-sprinklers (well, I guess depending on your event). This area would be a clubbers delight, but is more geared towards fashion-shows and high-end events. So put your molly away and get out your MasterCard, because like I mentioned before- if you want to step into this space, you're gonna need to drop more dough than Michael J Fox in a baking class.
