We hadn't even made it to the market yet, but after that lovely welcome, we turned right back around and bought nothing. If you're into surprise attitude and awkward standoffs instead of produce, this place is for you. Otherwise, steer clear--plenty of other farms around that don't treat potential customers like criminals for walking on grass.

I only purchase when I feel time is right, and in those three years I've purchased only three times. And yet every time they greet me with a smile! That's the way to build a business relationship. And when things go wrong? I was recently given the wrong box for a watch I purchased at closing time. (I got the watch all right, just the wrong box.) It was resolved before opening the next day. Perfect! Everyone in the store is wonderfully helpful. I usually deal with John F and John P while looking at watches, and every time it's like visiting old friends. Why go anywhere else?

I am 65 and by golly I earned it! It is too much fun going thrifting because you never know what you will find. The prices are always good in my opinion, definitely better than Goodwill but on this day anything with a red barb was 1.49 with 50% off, yep you read that right, I got clothes for 75 cents! We were in the store several hours and also went to the next parking lot to also shop their home decor, vases, furniture, toys and the like as they bought an old big lots and turned it into this part of their business. I purchased clothes, jewelry, shoes, and purses on this day. I also had a great time with my girlfriend combing through all of the goods and she found a lot of great items also including clothes, home decor, vases, and things for her garden. I will definitely be stopping back in this thrift to see what other great finds we come up with.

Recently they purchased another building and split the store into two sections, keeping home goods in one building and clothing in the other. At first that sounded like a wonderful idea, and I was excited to see how it would turn out. Unfortunately, the expansion hasn't quite had the effect I hoped for. While the space is larger now, it almost feels like it just created more space for junk. When everything was in one building, it felt like there were more hidden gems to uncover. Now it often feels pretty picked over, and a lot of what's left is broken items and random stuff. That said, the store does have a lot of variety. There are clearly organized sections with plenty to browse. The holiday area is huge, with large Christmas, Halloween, and Thanksgiving sections. There's also a big selection of wall art and picture frames, plus a dedicated kitchen section. You'll also find furniture, lamps, vases, technology items and cords, board games, and plenty of children's toys. I was also really unimpressed with the pricing. Some very basic items were priced at over $20 even though they clearly didn't have much value. These definitely weren't the fun thrift store prices you hope to find when you're treasure hunting. It felt more like retail pricing on secondhand items, which kind of takes away the excitement of thrifting. Unfortunately, the prices alone make this feel like one of the more expensive thrift stores rather than one of the good bargain spots. One thing that hasn't changed is how busy it is. The store is almost always packed, which shows it's still a popular spot. I just can't help feeling a little nostalgic for how it used to be when everything was together and it felt easier to stumble upon something special. Lately, I haven't had much luck finding anything good here, but it's still worth a stop if you enjoy browsing.

The facilities are clean and well kept. They do an amazing job caring for my sister who has been there since 2002, in addition to Day Program. When our mother died suddenly, St. Joseph Home went above and beyond to provide support for both of us. They held my hand as I applied for guardianship, assisted with the transition and have been in constant communication regarding my sisters care. As her legal guardian, I have peace of mind knowing that my sister has the very best care around the clock from people I know and trust. They are very open to feedback and consistently reach out about day to day activities, health changes, ideas, and more. I'm grateful for the level of care & home they have made for Rachel. I'm truly thankful for the work these special people do daily.

I stumbled upon Granny's Garden school through a Yelp service event we were doing and instantly…read morefell in love. Now Granny's Garden school is actually part of Loveland Elementary school. We looked and looked and could not find it because the place itself does not exist. Granny herself runs this nonprofit as more of an educational giving back kind of initiative. As we were moving piles of mulch to the garden beds we met her in person and wow what a special person! She explained to all of us the history of how she got started and it was basically to teach children early about how to eat healthy and that healthy eating can be fun, and delicious! She also said that each classroom of the school has a plot that they are responsible for growing during the season. The class then harvests the plants and they are used for the school's lunches!!! How cool is that? We had processed patties of who knows what slopped on our trays. She even said that kids will eat raw veggies right out of the garden. And when I say raw, some of the kids just take bites out of tomatoes and eat them whole! What a great cause. I would have never even known about this place, but if you are looking to volunteer or just have fun giving back this is a great great place. There were even some high school kids earning class credit on the day we went.

Found 1 on their website and visited but it was already sold. They recommended a woman's bike that has worked well. We just need to get about an inch cut off. The Salesperson was great with no pressure. He explained the warranty and service plans. He set it up with accessories while we waited. My wife was able to test in the parking lot. Our old bikes were originally bought from them over 25 years ago. I recommend them. They have many high-end bikes that go into the thousands for serious riders.
