I highly recommend Wilson for chronic back pain and body imbalances…read more I've had back issues since high school that turned into years of poor posture especially once I started working and sitting even more. My entire right side was off, from my toe, knee, hip, back, even up into my shoulders. I just had no idea what the root cause was or how to fix it. I've seen MANY physical therapists throughout the years, tried acupuncture, and gotten regular massages. Unfortunately none of them provided relief for more than a few days. I also worked with other trainers before, but they trained me in more generic ways and overlooked my imbalances. Sometimes it would make my pain got worse. I moved to this area a few months ago and was referred to Wilson. I immediately felt a HUGE DIFFERENCE just from our discovery session. He picked up on issues in my movement just by watching me do a few exercises. He used the massage gun to loosen muscles I didn't even know were contributing to my pain. He explained exactly tight, what was weak, and how everything connected. He told me I'd feel better within two months... but honestly, I started feeling better within just TWO WEEKS of seeing him twice a week. This is genuinely the best money I've ever spent on my health. I'm definitely stronger, more balanced, and NOT IN CONSTANT PAIN!! I can go on longer hikes and spend more time walking my dog without stopping to massage my back... I can't recommend Wilson enough, especially if you feel like nothing else has worked.

I find it interesting that they lock access to certain rooms, only to be opened with your membership. There's a sauna and steam room, showers, lockers, and they share the same plaza as a lot of other big businesses. People who work here seem pretty chill. Everything is clean and nice. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for machines, but otherwise, it's a really convenient new gym.

To make a long story short, I was tired of their run around at the end, and especially wasn't happy about them doing that and unwilling to help, unless I renew my membership, which will drastically increase. I hope to have a new beginning with Chuze. Loyalty is my forte especially in business. So far, my experience with Chuze has been awesome. Clean facility, a bit cleaner locker room, and it seems like maintenance is good here. Yes, I saw a leaking roof from the rain, but it doesn't bother me because everything else is good. They have sanitary wipes everywhere for people to use, and I actually see people using them (unlike 24 HF). The facility has all the weights, machines, cardio machines that I need. The air conditioning at least works well, and it doesn't smell like a gym. I see people properly re-rack their weighs after usage, and then wiping down their bench! I enjoy working out more in a gym wherever people are considerate. And I've seen that over here. Kudos! Parking, hmmm... I guess it depends on the day and time you come. Definitely imo, a four star facility.

It's a private space, full attention on me, and I never feel lost or embarrassed. I'm training with Rose, and she is great. She pushes me just enough--sometimes I feel like I can't finish a set, but she's always right there encouraging me and making sure I don't fall apart or injure myself. The entire team is super cool, knowledgeable, athletic, and genuinely professional. You can tell they're educated and trained in what they do. If you are…read morepaying for a specific specialty service like Muay Thai or boxing, beware: the gym will not honor the service and will penalize you heavily when they fail to deliver. I purchased this PT package ONLY for Muay Thai instruction, the only Chinese-speaking female coach. I made it clear this was my only reason for signing up. Soon after, the coach left. The most critical issue is that the gym is now completely unable to provide the specific Muay Thai service that I paid for, as this particular coach specialty is no longer available. The gym's inability to continue providing this core, specific Muay Thai service--which was the fundamental basis of my purchase--constitutes a Material Breach of Contract. I requested a refund for my 16 unused sessions. The gym insists on deducting an unreasonable 40% transition fee based on a clause intended for customer cancellations. This penalty is inapplicable because the gym breached the contract first by completely discontinuing the core Muay Thai service.

During the trial I tried out... Kali Sculpts w/ Melanie: - Melanie was very welcoming and consistent with her transitions and overall flow of the class. I really appreciated her running us through a warm-up for all the major joints in preparation for more dynamic poses. As intended, it was not long before I found myself in flow. Bonus points for the squeaky clean transition into the cool down. Spin-Strength-Stretch class with Emily: - this was my first ever life cycle class (Peloton) and I loved every second of it. Emily's firecracker energy and physical capacity to walk the talk was incredibly impressive. Additionally, it was pretty badass going from 25 minutes of cycling that slowly progressed to adding choreographed movements straight into a 25 HIIT total body EMOM circuit (every minute on the minute) A Restorative Kali flow with Brittini to conclude the week: - A late night Yin to end the day was great. Moreover, drawing down the blackout blinds to completely engross the lot of us into our own sensory space really allowed my mind to trail off into the grounding music cast in the background. Overall, this studio has so much to offer. Firstly, it's impressive that they have such a streamlined and user friendly app. Also, the floor space is super well laid out with easy to use daily lockers and check-in. The star of the show though has to be the instructors themselves - all of which are so unique in terms of skill set and foster a welcoming yet electric atmosphere as soon as the needle drops.

UPDATE - AUGUST 2025…read more Over four years and 500+ sessions later, I can say with confidence: Reason Fitness is still the last stop on the road to better health and real results. I've dropped into many CF gyms while traveling, and it's always a relief--and a joy--to come back to Reason. The coaching here is next level. (Kara, Luke, Ed, Lauren to name a few...) Since my original review, these standout coaches helped transform my son into a serious athlete and, ultimately, a United States Air Force Academy appointee. Special shoutout to Coach Ed, who played a key role in getting him physically prepped for the intense USAFA requirements. I'm proudly part of the 5:30 AM crew (the finest hour, in my humble opinion). But no matter when you go, the community is welcoming, down-to-earth, and fun to work out with. One of Reason's true strengths is their ability to attract people who are ready to do the work--and to gently filter out those who aren't quite there yet. They also have a gift for hiring coaches who are not only highly skilled but also genuinely enjoyable to be around. Reason works with you, 1-on-1, to map out a plan that fits your goals--whether that's strength, weight loss, mobility, or just feeling better in your skin. You'll find all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels here. This is not a mirror-lined vanity factory. No egos. No robots. Just people doing the work. If you're serious about making a change--and want a place that will meet you where you are but won't let you stay there--Reason is it.

Love that the hours are still the same. - weekdays - 5am-10pm - weekends - 7am-7pm Parking can be challenging especially on the weekdays after 5pm and extremely difficult on the weekends (unless you go before the mall opens at 11am)! I usually go around 5/6am in the morning on the weekdays so parking is plentiful and equipment is always available so I recommend going in the mornings on the weekdays. Check-in is super easy and convenient. You just download the EOS app and scan your QR code upon arrival. Staff is very friendly and welcoming Back when it was Gold's Gym, the gym was always so dirty. The bathroom would be out of toilet paper and soap on all stalls and the sanitary stations would always be out of paper towels and disinfectant spray. However, now that it got rebranded to EOS, that's no longer an issue! Everything is always so tidy and it's never too difficult finding any equipment I need. Love how the equipment isn't always broken like it used to be and it would take months to have it fixed! That's no longer an issue fortunately! There's plenty of equipment, such as stairmasters, ellipticals, treadmills, squat racks, steam/sauna rolls, and even group classes! Only downside I can really think of is that I've noticed the AC is never on when I go at 5/6am in the morning so it's super tough trying to survive my workout without being drenched with sweat. Overall, I really enjoy my experience now that it got rebranded I would definitely recommend!

The space he cultivates here isn't your run of the mill martial arts gym. It's an encouraging, collaborative, and welcoming learning environment where Coach takes time to focus on and refine technical skill, depth of knowledge, and rhythm. I recall in particular how Coach Joe took the time to fix my middle kick in a way that really clicked. He takes special care and attention to help you learn not only the proper form of a move but also the why behind it. Once you have it, it's impossible to forget. If he takes the time to help you correct something, just know that he believes in your capacity for growth and improvement. He is a wellspring of expertise. This learning environment is also reinforced by the athletes and experienced students who I've had the pleasure of training with. Through drills and sparring, everyone works to support each other and reinforce our learning. What you get here is not just an education; it's also a didactic community. I can't recommend this gym enough.
