I called to inquire if I could get in same day and was accommodated. Check in was quick and Dr Omar was friendly, answering all my questions about my eyes. We had the same swiftness for the check out process abs our glasses were ready for pick up in 2 days. They have several frames to pick from, including some under $200 that are covered by our insurance. I wish there were more economical selections, but they have the basics covered.

My husband finally decided to get his cataracts taken care of and we asked numerous people who they…read morewould recommend. The name Frank Burns kept coming up so we decided to visit him. He has now fixed one of my husband's cataracts and the other eye will be fixed in a few days. First, it is apparent that Dr. Burns is quite knowledgeable and has his patient's best interest at heart. The office staff are all very friendly and very efficient, which they have to be for the way patients are rotated through, it is really quite amazing. At any given time there are 8-9 patients in the back, some in a second waiting room where one waits after being seen by assistants and before seeing the doctor. Time with the physician is brief, with most of your visit being with an assistant. I must say that Dr. Burns and his staff were very kind and accommodating when on the eve and morning of my husband's surgery I had some frightening (and potentially dangerous) eye issues. Dr. Burns told me to call his office immediately after my husband's surgery and tell them to get me in the next day. I was not even a patient of his at that time! Despite the very long time a visit takes (was an hour and a half yesterday for hubby's second follow up appointment), I would still recommend him. I have made an appointment for a vision and eye exam for myself; should my opinion change after that, I will update my review.
