WORST nail experience I have ever gone through! Went in for a dip manicure. Which typically last 4+ weeks... well not this set. Within the first week they started chipping away, top shine coat completely came off. Went in and asked them to fix it, only to be met with rudeness from the owner who could care less. I tried this location because I just moved to the area. I must say that I've never paid 37.00 for a regular pedicure and got home to find out that my feet were still rough in many spots! It was the shortest pedicure session I've ever had and wish I had been told to upgrade pedicure services because come on! What girly girl likes rough feet? However , The polish job was excellent. My shellac nail fill where done by another representative and looked FAB! So, I'll give them another try but will explain the rough feet to the "lead" nail tech. read more

I can't say how much I love this place!!! I've gone for acrylic nails and they get them so perfect every time. The staff is super friendly and listen to what you want when it comes to your nails. They also ate not super talkative or loud which I really like. As a student, my budget is little to none for little beauty things like this but for 25$ the results are fantastic and in my opinion, affordable. Also there is no appointment I can just walk in when it is convenient for me and I love that!! I would just recommend this to anyone in Littleton they are amazing!! read more

At this shop the girl that had me switched back and forth between two people and forgot to do 7 of my cuticles and as we watched other people get great massages and since my sister and I are young they just blow by it and sent us on our way. I don't get my nails done frequently but when I do I usually come here. They do a pretty good job and the prices are great! However, you get what you pay for. I just got acrylics with shellac on top on Tuesday. She didn't not soak or cut/push back my cuticles and she did not offer lotion at the end of the service (I was with a friend and her tech did offer it to her). 24 hours later they look like they need a fill already. There is a clear space between the acrylic and the end of my nail bed. The nails are also very flat and don't have the strength from a good arch. They do feel a little flimsy but not enough to break. Overall, I will probably keep coming to this salon for my fills and other mani/pedi's. It's not the most amazing place but it's worth the lower price and your nails still look decent when you leave. read more

They nailed it!! Super friendly staff!! They remember you by name after one visit and they are really accommodating. A regular pedicure is $25 here which is really a good price. Add $5 if you want French or a sea salt scrub. Also manicures are pretty inexpensive as well. Just $12. I will have to come back for that deal! Mimi has been doing my nails for 5 years now. I have maybe canceled two appointment by calling her in the daytime in those 5 years. I have ALWAYS given 20-30% tip as cash as they prefer. About a month ago I had an appt around 12 o'clock. The night before After hours I suddenly developed this painful lump on my elbow as seen in the picture. I called my doctor and was sent to the ER. While waiting in the ER I remembered my appt so I called and left a message after the beep. The voicemail told their hours but did not say to not leave messages so I left a message that I had to cancel because I didn't want to forget. I have been on antibiotics in the meantime. Two days ago I called for an appointment and Mimi scolded me about not showing up. I told her that I left a voicemail to cancel because I had an emergency. She said we don't listen to the voicemail you have to call in person and to never do that again! I was up that night thinking about how mean she was and I was really hurt so I called and canceled my appointment for that day. I had been driving 20 miles for appts because I had moved from Littleton. The reason I was driving was I wanted to be loyal to her in this time of job shortages but I guess she doesn't need the business. The good thing that came out of all this I went to Christie at Beyond Nails and had the best shellac manicure in my 66 years! read more

My favorite place to get my nails and toes done for the last 7 years. I am very picky with my manicure because I like them well cleaned and shaped. I am also picky with my polish. This location makes me happy with my nails. Tracy or Emily does my nails for me, other nails tech are afraid of my pickyness. They have good ventilation system and the place is clean. I've been going to Nail OPI on Ken Caryl Ave. near Einstein Bagels for eight years. The last year my friend and I have been exploring new places because they have fallen so downhill. We've compared and a good place is hard to find but after going back today to try them after a month, it has gotten even worse!! Opi doesn't care anymore about their clients opinions or constructive criticism from their long time clients. I was hoping to get my nails done the way I needed to after my Chemotherapy. They get weak and brittle even after taking the vitamin Biotin. No matter how gentle I would ask her to be, she still would scrap the crap out them to get the polish off. Maybe they need more time soaking?Hello, do I would have to remind her every time? When I asked her today to keep the filing to a minimum she threw the file at me and said go home and do it myself. Under the new ownership or management, it's not not working. I think I know my nails best and how to treat them especially after cancer. They're not cheaper than anywhere else. Find somewhere else and cleaner. It's sad that it has been so many years but nothing can stay the same. Definitely speak up and look out for yourself if you go here because certain gals can be bossy and put pressure on you as to what colors to pick. Whatever is easiest for them seems to be the ticket. They don't have any of the new products like cat eye or have any of the fun new styles. They are old school that does shellac and dip. Like I said, I've been going for eight years and I liked them until the last year. After all those years it's really sad for me to give a bad review. I recently came here to get SNS nails, after having 3 of my nails chip in the first few days (these manicures usually last up to 3 weeks), they kindly let me come in and get them fixed. The very next day the nails they had fixed, along with another nail were starting to chip again. I have never had this problem with SNS nails before. I think they must use low quality products, I would not recommend for anyone looking to get dipped nails! read more

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for 10am and they called me at 9:50 to reschedule because of a walk in! I was already more than halfway to the salon. I said I couldn't reschedule and they said I would have to wait once I got there then. I cancelled and said I would never come back...that's why we make appointments. Also, their shellac lifts up within a week. Not sure if it's the brand they use or how they put it on but mine never lasts very long. Highly recommend going anywhere but here, especially because there are other nail salons in this area. read more
