Here for vacation, and really needed my nails done BAD. Came in not knowing what to expect since the reviews are iffy but *Sarah* did AMAZING she took her time, and really made sure they were perfect. My cuticles were also taken care of which a lot of nail artists avoid sadly. She also did my pedicure and they just don't have a single flaw lol. She killed it and I'm SO HAPPY! I highly recommend going to her if you ever need your nails done. She was really great :) Update: That night I realized I had a horrible ingrown toenail. She cleared out as much as she could before but I don't think she knew I had one that deep. It was so painful and I couldn't sleep, went in the next morning and Sarah took care of it without any issues, she made sure to prep it and clean it really well afterward. Took my granddaughter in, with an appointment scheduled. I asked for a manicure and 2 designs. After 20 minute wait a nail tech came up, I told her I was happy she was there because she had done a beautiful job on my nails for my anniversary. She gruffly told my granddaughter (who was so excited to have her nails done) to "sit", like you might say to your dog. Granddaughter had a big smile on her face, sat in chair, only to have 3 nails quickly filed and asked my granddaughter which color she would like on nails. The tech hurried through the polish application and painted 2 butterflies in white, my granddaughter had asked for that, the white didn't show up, tech should have suggested another color for design, but of course didn't. When I asked to have the same butterfly on one nail, as to have matching butterflies, while she had brush and paint in hand she looked at me with a mean look, we are too busy. Drying nails took forever, I had to ask 3 times if her nails were dry because granddaughter's hands were freezing,I appreciate the fact nails needed to dry but sure felt neglected. Wasted money and time here! $50 and I got dip nails. The technician didn't even cover my nails fully. You could see my natural nail on both sides of each nail. It was so bad I had to take them off and just paint at home. They asked if I wanted to redo another color but honestly I was worried they would just do them horrible again. read more

I want to start off by saying that I have come here numerous times (at least 5-6 time) and it progressively got worse. Today was the last time I will come back here. It is a Sunday and I understand it is busy. I called ahead to see if they had any availability and I was told to come right over, great! I showed up within 10 minutes and was immediately sat down in a chair for a pedicure. I sat with my feet in water for over 30 minutes. By this time, the water was cold and I was looking around getting ready to leave because I was simply over waiting after I had been told twice that someone was almost done and coming over to me. About 5 minutes later, (now 35 minutes since I showed up) someone came over for my pedicure. The Super Deluxe pedicure I asked for did not even last as long as the amount of time I waited. I always get gel on my toes and the polish is up against the cuticles and on the sides of my toes. Unfortunately, I have experienced this before and I was simply not in the mood to spend more time here to get it fixed. I will unfortunately be looking for somewhere else to go. read more

Today was a poor experience. I got a deluxe pedicure which included callus removal, paraffin wax, massage, and few other items. The technician who did my pedicure spent a total of 15 minutes doing everything, and I mean everything! She was rushing through, barely spoke to me, spent no time what so ever on the deluxe part of the pedicure. Cost was $45. A complete rip off. She then went and sat across from me and had one of the other technicians work on her feet. I will not be going back. read more

By far, the least enjoyable experience at a nail salon. When I did want the 'super deluxe' pedi (only the deluxe) they were obviously annoyed and began rushing my pedicure. Unfortunately if you aren't springing for the gel or dip or acrylic or whatever, your nails are only going to look nice while you are in the salon. I understand that I'm not going to get week out of them, but figured they'd look decent for a few days, maybe until the weekend. Take a look at the photos. I got my fingers and toes done on Monday evening 8/2 and these photos were taken Wednesday evening 8/4. I didn't get gel because I went with my daughter and didn't want it to take so long. All in all we walked out paying $130. I feel like I should have had a little more longevity. I didn't give one star because I think they are nice. I'm so disappointed. This salon was raved about by several of my coworkers so I went and gave it a shot...AMAZING! The first time I took my mom along with me and she got a pedicure done by Vivian (I believe that was her name) and I got mine done by Tara and they did an awesome job, they scrubbed good, and EXCELLENT massages (our favorite part)! I got my acrylics done by Jenny (Jen) and she is seriously so talented. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and she is a perfectionist, so she does them PERFECT every time. **I haven't gotten acrylics done in a long time due to other salons messing them up, but I'm so glad I found Jen who does them JUST HOW I LIKE THEM.** Another thing I might add...they have gel/shellac colors that also match to regular polish for your pedicure, which I love, so you can coordinate your nails & toes! This is truly the best nail place I have ever been to! Jenny is not only super sweet and professional, but she is very talented! The pedicure chairs were so dirty that my kids and I cleaned them ourselves with baby wipes. The arm rests were filthy and the wipes were brown after we wiped them. The massage chair controls were dirty and gross. Ownership changes have not resulted in a better salon. We will find a new place that costs less for better pedicures. Ours peeled in days and we paid $140 for one adult and two child shellac pedicures. Also they kept trying to up sell us to manicures and callus removal. I have the callus removal from the same technician just a week prior!!! read more

I have come here regularly for the past few years for dip nails and pedicures. However, since the pandemic they stopped posting prices, charged me 20% more. They have started high pressuring me to upgrade services and get angry when I decline. This last visit was $20 more than last month and unpleasant because the tech was angry and made my cuticles bleed. I won't be back. Nail salons are a luxury, not a necessity. They need to remember that and appreciate tbeir customers. We aren't made of meney. read more

The service is very poor. I have been here several times. Each time, it takes so long. The technician keeps jumping from one person to the next rather than just focusing on one person and seeing the job done through. They don't wash hands going from person to person. I am like... Ugh... You Just touched that persons feet and now you are touching my hands. Gross!! A 45 min mani pedi anywhere else, takes at least hour and a half here. I don't have the time. Even when I make an appointment, I still wait forever. Also, last time, I tried to pay with my credit card. The worker got really upset and said "what? You don't have cash?" I said no, card for today. Then the worker said "at least pay cash for the tip". I was like, no.... It's all going on the card. The I said $15 tip, and she rang it up for a $30 tip... I had to emphasis that it was for only $15 and need the other $15 back. An obvious attempt to be unethical. So, I highly recommend who ever owns that place to evaluate how they carry out their business and to weed out the rotten apple employees. read more

My fiancé called to make an appointment so he could get a pedicure and so that I could get acrylics. We made an appointment for noon and when we got there they were thinking we made two appointments for a pedicure. Every 5 minutes or so they said they'd be with my shortly. I have time sensitive things to get done and it was already 12:33. They asked me why I was leaving and that it should only take 30 minutes to get my acrylics done but they were going to have me wait longer. Worst pedicure of my life. Barely exfoliated my skin and my feet feel exactly like they came in. Pedicure was done in 15 minutes and felt super rushed. Not to mention I was rushed in selecting a color. I had to put my own shoes on when at other salons they always do it for you. Nail polish was all over the sides of my toe nails and toenails were uneven. They and then told her that I cut my friends toe and made her bleed and both of our toenails were shaped pointy. We then proceeded to ask them to change the shape and they said that is the natural way they grow. Didn't have professional toe separators and instead shoved toilet paper between my nails. Wish I had the option to upload a photo. If I'm gonna spend $30 on a pedicure I would go ANYWHERE else! This nail salon is super sweet but when I called and asked how much a full set would be they said $30 and then I get there and after I waited and they glued on the nails they asked what color I wanted I said which one and then I asked a second time how expensive it would be then she said $45 I said okay awesome then after my nails were done and I was getting ready to pay. They then asked if I was a student which I am but I'm in an online school so I don't have a school I'd. They then said it would be $50 and I did have that much so she went ahead and knocked off the $5. It was just upsetting how they kept changing the price more and more. read more

LOVE this salon and the people who work there. I've been a regular customer for pedicures and manicures for many years and Ken Caryl Nails is by far the best salon in the Denver Metro area. And, I'm very picky! The salon, the owner, and everyone who works there, make it a wonderful, relaxing experience. They deliver highly professional, quality services at a very reasonable price. My nails are acrylic and in all the years I've gone there, getting a rebase every 2-3 weeks, I've never had a nail lift. Not once. The salon is also spotless clean. And, while I always make an appointment, the salon also graciously accommodates walk-ins. If I could, I'd give this salon 10 stars! read more
