Eventually they claimed they "replaced" the battery (found out they didn't). Made it home, & a WEEK later.. the ENGINE FAILED!! I went through hell with the financing company as I still had to make payments despite the car being out of commission for FOUR MONTHS!! It was covered under warranty, however, the auto shop claimed the engine had shards of metal & attempted to point the finger at me although I only had the car for a week. A loaner vehicle was also promised--but I was given the runaround & eventually lied to about accommodations during that difficult time. All in all, their methods were unprofessional, haphazard & performed bare minimum to resolve issues only enough to cover themselves.
