Avoid at all costs. So many other dealerships you can go to that are trustworthy and with genuine sellers. All these people do is scam you and sell you crappy cars. We were sold a car with AC not working and they didn't disclose that with us at all. During the driving trial he kept messing with it pretending to adjust it knowing it wasn't functioning. There was another car part we had to replace they didn't tell us about. They don't disclose everything they should and they have so many undisclosed fees. Whatever you do... CHOOSE ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!! Run for the hills! One of the worst experiences of my life. Very deceitful, unprofessional, and unorganized. Sure they'll finance you.. but it's not worth it in the least. A cautious hit or miss. I purchased a 2018 Acura TLX in 2023--they stated there was no past damage or issues. During the test run the car wouldn't even start!! They panicked and whipped out the ol' battery charger and told me to go inside to discuss financing while they worked on the car (first red flag). Discussed financing and went back out to see the vehicle, they continued with the battery charger since it was still having issues (second red flag).. why display or attempt to sell a car that won't even start? Eventually they claimed they "replaced" the battery (found out they didn't). Made it home, & a WEEK later.. the ENGINE FAILED!! I went through hell with the financing company as I still had to make payments despite the car being out of commission for FOUR MONTHS!! It was covered under warranty, however, the auto shop claimed the engine had shards of metal & attempted to point the finger at me although I only had the car for a week. A loaner vehicle was also promised--but I was given the runaround & eventually lied to about accommodations during that difficult time. All in all, their methods were unprofessional, haphazard & performed bare minimum to resolve issues only enough to cover themselves. I read bad reviews beforehand but thought "what are the chances of it happening to me" & low & behold.. it happened. Please be cautious & very thorough before committing to this dealership. Don't waste your time. I bought car from these guys as is. Well I got royally screwed. I paid cash that was the 1st problem. Second he claimed it was a starter that they would repair it. Not to turn the car off. I left it hoping they would repair it. Got a call the next day stating it was the key and that I needed to pay almost $1000 out of pocket. So I did as I bought as is. Then when I wanted to registration and plates they try to extort me out of another $800 as he had underestimated the price. This place is a rip off. Then he has the audacity to ask me if I want my plates. Over all cost to fix was close to $7000 in repairs for a $14500 vehicle. Lesson learned don't ever buy as is. read more

Me and my wife came in today to look at a Chevrolet Tahoe and soon and I go in a young guy greeted me but kinda shy and I informed him how I was interested on the vehicle and he told me that he had to talk to the boss man first which I told him was ok. First thing they want me to do is start and application without even asking for my name or how am I doing so rudely. I said I want to check out the Tahoe and he look at me and said he can't show me anything without doing a application which is unreasonable when I was just trying to check out the car. Not only was he so rude and unwelcoming there was another guy that looks like the person who works on their cars was MOVING MY MOTORCYCLE AND WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! Sales associate Freddy was cordial but the overall experience did not go well. Was looking at Porsche Macan I seen a listing for but when asked to test drive I was told that I need to do an application first. That was disrespectful to a potential buyer to say that, like you think Im going to waste your time basically. Freddy proceeded to tell me that the manager may let you test drive but you have to ask him. So when I did, I was told the exact same thing. I just said "ok" and walked away. I bought a bmw here last year and of course being a girl they allowed me to buy a lemon car . The tire pressure wouldn't turn off and they told me just keep driving it to reset it . I went to try to exchange the car 3 days later and they said no . Being a girl and first time buyer I didn't do anything. Eventually I started getting more problems with the car , it started saying ... I forgot but the car would slow down and shake . Nonetheless I later found out that the car had been in an accident and instead of it being fixed they just added a cover coat . Purchased a 2010 BMW 550i GT from Cal Auto Net on September 22, 2018. Within 45 days and less than 300 miles later, the vehicle stopped and would not start in the middle of the street. I called Cal Auto Net and they told me to have it towed to their "Garage" which is called Brake Spot. I towed it there last week and the communication between the dealer, the shop and myself has been extremely lacking. They have not called me once or called me back it was always me who had to call them. At this point the shop has no idea whose going to be covering the work that needs to be done to it. Its been days since I towed it there and they barely have even gotten started on it. I was advised that I should check back in a few days to see what had happened. I spent $15,700 cash for the vehicle, no loan or payment schedule, and the vehicle died on me in a very short period of time. Not to mention the other issues I have since found since owning it including drivers side window doesn't roll down, the headliner for the panoramic roof is broken and sags into the car (the part to repair it is $900 alone at BMW Santa Monica), the battery is testing as bad, the starter motor sounds like its on its last leg. I get many warning errors on the screen including battery charging malfunction, check engine lite. There wasn't even a engine cover under the hood (nice BMW logo and all). Its as if they did some crappy half ass repair job just to get it running and forgot to reinstall the cover ($300 part). At this point I believe I may ask for my money back. I believe the vehicle was misrepresented to me when I purchased it. If they do not fix my vehicle correctly I will file lawsuit them in court for full amount including the towing fees and car rental fees. Cal Auto Net is not a trustworthy dealership. They would not allow me to take the vehicle I was interested in to my mechanic (despite multiple signs they have hung in their office informing the consumer that they can take cars to be inspected), but they said I could bring my mechanic to the lot. When I paid a mechanic to come inspect the vehicle they refused to allow him to test drive it. This was definitely a shady decision that told me all I needed to know about the vehicle and this business. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Siverado 2500HD from these folks. The CarFax report listed an accident which was repaired we'll enough. There was no frame damage. The 6.0 litre Votec Motor is Chevy smooth and Powerful. The tires were near new. I purchased a Bumper to Bumper warranty for $3500. I have yet to receive any paperwork confirming this purchase. These folks do not return phone calls! The truck came with a Factory Tow Package with a 10,000 lb Receiver. That is what I wanted. What I did not expect is that the Receiver was never attached to the frame or the bumper. I found out the hard way when the receiver dropped with a fully loaded trailer while driving. I contacted these folks and very nicely suggested that they make this travesty right by sharing the cost of a new Bumper and Receiver as it was their responsibility to ensure the vehicle was safe to drive. They failed this customer. I purchased a new Bumper and Receiver for approximately $1,000 and am awaiting their arrival so that I can install the replacements properly. Until then, I cannot drive my truck. Furthermore, since the purchase of this vehicle I have put approximately 2,000 miles on it. The ABS warning lamp, the Traction Control warning lamp, the Trailer Brake warning light, and the Security System Reset warning lamps remain on (which means these safety features do not work as designed). I was assured by the finance manager that these systems would reset themselves after I put a couple of hundred miles on the vehicle. Another lie! I am a Licensed Plumbing Contractor and as such do not condemn a business because of a mistake. I do however expect a business to value their customer(s). I paid close to $20,000 for this truck. There may have been an 'as is' clause in the contract but that does not give the Dealership license to sell unsafe, Undrivable vehicles. Moreover, an unscrupulous business has no value to customers that expect some level of integrity when they endeavor to provide a company with financial gain. I am fortunate that I have the resources to make the necessary repairs to my truck. Unfortunately for many unlike me they may not be able to pay additional funds to repair a lie. Because these folks refuse to return my request to speak with them, I find it necessary to state to publicly everyone who is reading this; be careful if you do business with these folks. You will not get what you paid for and what you paid will be more than what the vehicle is worth. read more

First the BMW I bought from them looked good on the outside but after a few weeks I noticed white smoke from the exhaust..you know what his response was ??? Oh it was probably due to water from washing it...OMG..so after the smoke got worse I thought I would use this warranty I purchased..but to make a long story short ...that was a waste of 1500.00 cause any problem I brought to them it was not covered and I had the full warranty. Not only did they sell me a pretty lemon but after my car was totaled in an accident Conor asked me to send him all my insurance details and I did and here we are 6 months later since accident and he still has not refunded my warranty fees nor called me to give update....so they can keep that money. This place is laughable ... when I asked if the price was flexible since tax title and license would about about 5k to the price he asked if I was from LA and that somehow determined that my tax would be about 7/8 % and then he explained they had to send the license over etc so yea about 5k more .. ummmm yea do you work here ? A bunch of disgusting unprofessional guys who don't know how to treat customers or run a dealership. Their approach is completely unprofessional, unethical and is a waste of time. They would try every single way to steal from you. Here are the top 5 problems I experienced: 1- They list cars online with a price tag that also says negotiable, as soon as you go and look at the car you would realize the negotiable part is removed from listing so they can insist on selling you the car full price, 2-They ask you to fill an application and get approval even before having a chance to see or test drive a car, 3- if you submit an application for financing they wouldn't show you numbers, they don't accept any other bank except their own with a very high APR. I submitted an application, they checked my credit and after agreeing on rates I went to my bank to make a Cashier's Check and as I was at the bank I texted them to ask what name should I use on the check, the response I got was, oh. The cat is sold. Totally unprofessional and unethical, 4- Their sales Person Moe's attitude sucks, he doesn't even know how to talk to a customer, and 5- cars in their lot are likely to have flaws some of them could be very unsafe to drive them so if you're not an experienced person with cars it's very likely to get a car from them with an issue ranging from minor to major. This car lot is a waste of your time and money ! They sold me a 201: Chevy traverse saying it was in good condition. Only had the car two months and it started overheating. They didn't wanna help get it repaired. Extended warranty didn't cover the problem. 3500$ down the drain. I've been car browsing because I need a new car. Some of these places are side lots, and I expect them to not have the same expectations as the larger dealers. ( Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Jeep etc. ) I had a bad experience with one of the larger dealers and decided to go smaller. I inquired on a car that was listed for 15,999 . I sent the stock # to an employee and he said it was available. After checking the website again, the price somehow went up to 19,999. It was a 2015 with about 80k miles. Now I know for a fact that my credit isn't perfect, but I did not expect the curveball the sale rep threw at me. He ran the credit app and told me I would need to put at least 50% down. And I thought to myself, what do I look like putting 50% down at a car lot , where more than half of the cars in their inventory have been in accidents...? Almost every cars carfax has one or multiple reported accidents. And If I was putting down 50% of 19,999 , that's 10k pretty much. I could go anywhere with 10k .
