I wanted a scratch on my bumper fixed, that's all. They screwed it up the first time, so i made them do it again. What i received was: 1. A CROOKED BUMPER. 2. A LOOSE (and leaking) TAIL LIGHT. 3. A LICENSE PLATE THAT FLAPS IN THE BREEZE & CAN'T BE TIGHTENED. 4. SEVERAL MISSING CONNECTORS (a few replaced by hex bolts, WTF?) 5. BUFFED OFF ALL OF THE PAINT FROM THE SPOILER (i told them to clean up their mess this time, and so they over buffed it. The scratch looked better than all of the above problems, they are terrible. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR NICE CAR, YOU WILL REGRET IT. The manager is a professional liar. He will nod and tell you whatever you want to hear and then turn around and cut corners. I got a scratch on my brand new Lexus SUV, got two estimates. Travis was great, following up with me after I decided to get it repaired ( a few months had passed). The repair looked great. The car was an absolute mess. Smeary dirt all over, and white over spray everywhere. It's been two months, and I'm still trying to chase the darn white over spray spots. The Lexus emblem also has the white spray in the grooves. They seemed very embarrassed with the condition of my car, and tried to wipe some of the stuff off. Still, each time I wash the car I am reminded of the crappy job. I would like to recommend this place, but it really has me so disheartened and disappointed. I don't know how many stars to rate the work, the repair was great, but the after effects are horrible. read more

My new truck somehow got a dent! I suspect by some a-hole in a parking lot. I went to a local body shop that I thought would treat me fairly. The estimate I got was for over $1,000. I went back to the dealership and asked if they could help, it really wasn't a large dent. The dealership referred me to NW Dent. I went out and got an estimate, and was blown away. They estimated $150. I approved the bid, admittedly a bit concerned as the the price differential. I brought my truck in this morning and much to my surprise, it looks like new, and the bill was below the estimate! I'm done with the people I had worked with in the past and will go to NW Dent from now on! read more
