Walking in and I noticed ther was a customer that wanted to pay for her items and the was no employee in sight. she waithed for about 10 minutes for someone to show up and help her. Shoe selection was very sad and clothing selection was overpriced. walked arount the store and did find a cool bowling ball in a heavy canvas bag with thick rainbor straps. I was really cool and had a retro vibe to it. It even came with bowling shoes that to my surprise were my size. They reminded me of the 70's in a loafer kinda of style in very soft white leather. They were very well taken care of and came with individual shoe covers with the option of white laces or rainbow laces. i was priced at $9.00 but I was given a teachers discount of 25% bringing down the price to about $6.75. Also found a coupe of odds and ends too bringing my total cost to about $11.00 in total for all my items.

It even smelled clean. I don't know how often I've entered the doors of a Goodwill in general and you get a whiff of something reminiscent of the days of K-Mart (said to make everyone laugh) I found blazers, blouses, shoes, jackets, belts...... you name it. My wife and I are handicapped and she helped us tremendously. She assisted my wife with picking out a few items and she made the whole experience very comfortable The Store House should be really grateful to have such an employee/volunteer as Eva. They offered monthly bag which is mainly canned goods. We're told to wait inside until the group of 12 is called, then go outside for produce. They only have you inside about 10 minutes but wait outside till called in. We felt like a herd of cattle getting the last bit of food. Food was smashed & unappealing. Refuse to return till things change. Used to love their services.

Out of all the OUAC's I've shopped and sold at, this is the absolute worst…read more I've gone there 5x and not once successfully sold. They don't have a computer system and are writing things down on slips of paper, only to lose them. They don't take your contact information, no text system, nothing. It's like this one single Once Upon a Child is stuck in 1980, while all the others in the area are 2026. I've called ahead to make sure they have a selling spot available before I drive 40 minutes there - They said yes, but I couldn't reserve a spot, so it got filled by the time I arrived. I've come close to opening - it would be a wait until 6-7PM with no guarantees it would even be done the same day. I came in once and said I had only 4 hours in the area, asking if it was possible, and they said yes. One small bin of 10-12 clothing pieces and a diaper pail. Took my stuff and info and told me to come back at 1pm. By the way - the person selling before me? Didn't ask for his ID, even though he was selling for the first time. Me? Asked for my ID and wrote it down on a slip of paper (i.e. my personal identifying information just sitting around for anyone, not secured in any way). I came back at 1PM as requested (actually, 1:20 to give them more time) and my stuff was sitting in the exact same place as when I dropped it. They looked at each other, confused, and just said, uh, well... we didn't do it. That was it. No offer of a different time, nothing. I just laughed, took my stuff and left. Unlike some other stores, they don't give you 24h to collect your payout/items - it has to be that same day, no matter how late they finish going through your items. I guess this place would be fine to sell to if you didn't have a job or any other commitments, or maybe if you lived like 3 blocks away so you could just hang out and wait for them all day/night.

I was on my way to run errands and get a text 12 MINUTES later saying my order is ready. There's a wide selection of items you can get in the store from camping goods, to outdoor gear, to accessories. The fitting rooms are really unique. Please take a look at the photo I attached. I like how there's multiple people working the register and they ask if you are a student, nurse, or teacher and I believe you get a discount. I didn't get asked and that's OK.
