I was on the hunt for a specific pair of Cazal frames. I emailed and called every L.A. optometry location listed on the Cazal website, and I received over a dozen responses informing me that they didn't have them in-stock and couldn't even get them directly from Cazal. Unfortunately I do not recall the name of the employee who helped me that day, but she was friendly and very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I had a terrible time getting the correct vision prescription earlier this year. I went to many different Optometrists AND Ophthalmologists until I finally figured out I needed vision therapy. It was a LONG and frustrating process, which involved remaking my three pairs of glasses an unreasonable amount of times.
