Stop! Don't go anywhere else! Like all of us, I have been trapped inside for the past 16 months and could do nothing about the fact that my glasses were falling off of my face. I saw that Verdugo Optical was in the medical center that I had to go to for my shoulder and on a whim stopped in. In less than three minutes not only did they fix my very expensive glasses that I purchased elsewhere several years ago, but they refused to charge me! Refused! They wouldn't even except a tip! Just had my eyeglass frames updated with stronger prescription lenses from my optometrist. But when I got home, I realized the old frames were not in the best of shape, so I ordered the exact frames online and planned to take them and have the lenses switched over. I love this little optical center. And I've been to quite a few... i'm very picky. They have an amazing selection of high-end frames. Rita is wonderful. She has a great eye for determining what frame will look good on you. And there is zero pressure whatsoever to purchase anything - sort of like shopping with a friend. There's a huge parking lot in the front. The prices are incredibly reasonable- I found the same frames at a different optical center for $100 more. Also their turnaround shipping was very quick.
