Customers are not allowed to touch or try on these cheap plastic eyeglass frames, and they're not even allowed to take pictures inside the store. What kind of eyeglasses shop is this? Are you selling some kind of secret product here? What a Shame!! I have a suggestion put all of your eyeglass frames in a safe so nobody can touch them. Many of these plastic frames likely cost less than $100, yet some are priced at over $1,500. That's hard to justify, especially considering the poor customer experience. Don't buy glasses here. You're wasting both your time and your money.

I went to Hollywood Spectacles for a contact lens exam and to order more contacts. My wife also went here to get new glasses. Brenda was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I go here even though it's out of network because I need someone I can trust. Dr. Kim was very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable as well. I was happy with my decision to go here.
