This is such a great place to get your eyewear needs! So my dad went here for his eyeglasses and bragged how he got a great deal! He got his progressive glasses and he was able to get the BOGO they had. He was so pleased with the service and price so when I mentioned I was gonna get some glasses with blue light protection or something like that, I called them right away! Brenda (such a nice lady!) she answered my call about 10 am today, and she said they will open at 11. I wouldn't usually get an answer if the place has not opened yet but she did, and that was a plus! Then I asked how I'll be able to come, if I need any reservations of some sort, and I was recommended by my dad (Manny) and she recognized his name right away. I was pretty impressed with that and I was able to come on the same daw and walk in. They have rows of frame options and sunglasses ! What I loved the most was how helpful they are in helping me the right frame for the shape of my face. Offered different kinds and made sure I get what I really wanted. They have a great special right now with buy one get one, and trust me, you'd want to get it! I also got my RayBans from them since I just sadly broke my fave sunnies that was from 5 years ago and still love. They have the best hookup for great prices, AND service. I've been searching for new frames that fit my style and face frame and this place had exactly what I wanted. My mom also comes here so I was recommended by her. There's so many selections to choose from and different brands as well. Brenda laid out many frames for me to choose from and found two that I loved so much that I couldn't pass on it so I got both! They accept VSP insurance so I used mine up. I went in on a Monday and got a call in a week to pick up my frames. Super fast! There's parking on the Main Street of Colorado and two spots on the left side when facing the business. Their business is clean and tidy and service is amazing! I was kind of desperate because the hinge on my glasses bent and they'd fall off every time I looked down. I hadn't wanted to risk an eye exam just yet, what with COVID, so I needed to get this pair of glasses fixed. We called around on my one day off, and found Hollywood Spectacles were open on a Saturday and we're willing to look and see if my poor old frames could be fixed. Unfortunately, as it turned out, not without risking breaking them entirely. Luckily for me, the wonderful employee at Hollywood Spectacles suggested she find me a pair of frames in their display that would fit my old lenses, and she'd sell me the frames off their shelf rather than making me wait a few weeks to order them. After a half an hour of searching through their frames, then swapping out the lenses and adjusting the fit, I had glasses to wear until I can get a new eye exam! Excellent customer service. I called a couple times, because I was searching for a style that was discontinued. Then, I had trouble making up my mind when I was trying to find something similar... I was a bit annoying. She learned my name and had such patience with me! And she allowed me to try on about 30 pairs of glasses. She was really thoughtful in her selections for me too. Finding a good optical shop is hard nowadays. Brenda was so patient with our inquiries and was so patient with the rest of the family looking for the right and comfortable glasses.
