She performs several tests during the exam, explains things to you and takes her time with you. You are truly treated like a friend not like a "customer". They are respectful of your time. When you have an appointment they are ready for you, you don't wait around. They must also be great with kids because I often see families there. They have an outstanding selection of glasses and they stand behind them. Over they years I have purchased four or five new pairs of glasses (including prescription sunglasses) and I've been happy with all of them. One more thing, they are open late on weekdays and have Saturday hours so you're able to get an appointment when it's convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Lennard and the entire staff at City Eyecare. My wife and I trust Dr. Lennard with our eyes and our vision. I can't pay a higher compliment than that.
