I absolutely love this place. Amazing staff, friendly, and patient. Dr. Goldberg is the sweetest and really cares. I came to him once before 3 years ago, but he immediately remembered me. I'm the worst with my eye care. He's always truthful but kind with his recommendations. Very personable. The other staff are very helping as well. I'm very indecisive and they helped me to pick out my frames with their honest options. I was the last appointment and it was closing time but they didn't rush me. I love the ones I got. He's quick, efficient, and goes above and beyond for his patients. The only thing I wish they would improve is the phone calls. It can be hard to get them on the phone at times and they are not good with call backs when they say they will call you back after speaking with the doctor or getting some information. You have to be the one to call back and remind them you were waiting. Besides that, I highly recommend, you won't regret it! read more

This is the place to go!! I was sanding my boat and had fiberglass shavings in my eye. At the time I thought the shavings were washed out. For about two weeks my eye bothered me and then I made an appointment at the office due to the fact my eye was swelling shut. Even though the doctor was not seeing patients that morning the office manager put me in and the doctor came in to address my problem. Not a common thing for a doctor to do now a days. I found the staff and the doctor's in this office to be very professional and caring. I appreciated the promptness of getting me in and the quality of care that I received. I would recommend this office to everyone! The office is very conveniently located and very professional! from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave the staff is very friendly and caring. The doctors are Great! I was not to sure that the script my daughter had received from a previous place was accurate. I called the office and explained my reason for the visit. So happens my daughters script was a little off. The doctor did not try to pressure me to change out her lens. He told me to come back in 6months and they would test her again. And because of that I trust that my daughters care is whats important the $$ Since then we have stopped into the office and they have fixed bent frames.You will recieve quality care and service from beginning to end!! read more

I am a previous Dr. Goldberg patient and I followed him to Sheridan Eye Care where he is now practicing. I was very nervous to join a new practice because I've been used to location and staff for over 10 years. To my surprise they excelled my expectations. The front desk girls where very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Goldberg is amazing as always. I hope he doesn't fully retire any time soon. I noticed the office very clean. The frames were organized as well. The optician Stephanie helped me pick out very cute frames that complimented my face. She was very kind and talked to me about all the different lens options. First time writing a review on yelp, but this place deserves recognition. I brought my stubborn grandfather in to see doctor Goldberg while he was in town because his doctor kept recommending surgery and he didn't want it. Doctor Goldberg had us in and out with a new prescription with no surgery required!!! In fact he recommended he not ever get surgery for it. The new glasses have made a world of difference. I just feel like this place, the doctor, staff and the manager, Stephanie, are truly there to help with friendly service and the best interest of the patient at heart. I have been to both sheridan eye care locations and have been pleasantly surprised with the customer care of each location. The doctors are wonderful and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their products and really have a way of understanding what you want/need. For example I have astigmatism in both eyes and the light of oncoming cars at night is really irritating. I was recommended the anti glare on my glasses and it's made a world of a difference. I didn't even know there was such a thing! The girls also have a good sense of style and helped me pick out a great pair and i love them! read more

I am extremely impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism of both the 2 doctors I saw and the entire staff. the doctor was very patient in trying multiple strength prescriptions and even when I could read the smaller letters on the chart, he kept saying, 'we can do even better'. The staff was extremely patient as well, as it took me a good bit of time to be able to put in and take out the contacts. Absolutely the best eye care place I've been to! I arrived maybe a minute before my appointment and I didn't have to wait at all, who doesn't love a punctual place? They also have a really nice variety of glasses from affordable to name brand they also keep it really neat and clean. Great experience here. The doctor informed me on a lot of safety regarding contact lenses that I was unaware of. Also, I had to bring my 10 month old to my exam as my child care fell through last minute. Everyone was so patient, especially the doctor, when my baby was throwing her toys and yelling.
