Dr. Sonsky is nice and patient. He explains and educates and makes it a complete experience. The staff is also very nice and pleasant. The wait time for products is reasonable to fast. And they don't try to make you spend $ on stuff you don't need. In fact, last time I went for a contact lense appointment, even though I have astigmatism in one eye, the Dr suggested I get the same rx for both eyes to save $ and it worked fabulously - my lenses have been great (I think the astigmatism is very slight - and every other Dr I've seen made my get 2 separate RXes). I emailed them today (a Sunday) requesting my RX and I expected a response in a few days. Imagine my surprise when I got a response a few hours later. On the glasses side of the world, Mitch and Ira have been constants for as long as I've been coming here.
