The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the wide selection of decent glasses for a great price. The staff however was egregious. No one was on the same page when it came to questions. The only same page they were all on was pushing the additional 40 dollar retinal scan which is completely unnecessary (they really shove it on you, make you feel like it is required and make you feel bad if you don't get it). The doctor told me I likely have a deep issue with my right eye because she could not get the prescription right. Every eye doctor I've ever been to has not said this. She advised me to get a second doctors opinion, again never happened to me in an eye glasses store. But VICTORIA, the manager on duty, is the reason I'm leaving this review. When she came to address a complaint she aggressively sped walk to the counter, said HOW CAN I HELP YOU with BULDGING eyes that were not even looking at me. She realized I was filming by the time she started acting less disrespectful. I was expecting a professional; she was nothing but sarcastic and snarky, and did not come to me to resolve an issue, but to take her mood out on another unsuspecting customer. You know that huge fake smile you will get when a manager wants you to know you don't matter and they're telling you to F off with their tone? That's her. Yet, when I mentioned that I would make sure her name would be in the Yelp review, the BIGGEST change of attitude occurred would you believe it. Too little too late. I promise you you'll be better off at another Warby Parker or just another store in general. Thank god for yelp - I'm praying this helps her learn to treat customers with the respect they deserve. The most horrible experience!! Everything about it was exhausting. The staff are rude, unprofessional, inexperienced. My first mistake was allowing them to do my eye exam. The "doctor" didn't acknowledge me while I sat in her office with her back to me. Fast forward I decided to try contacts. She ordered the wrong rx and then tried taking them out of my eyes with her 2 1/2" nails. I was frozen while she was gouging them out and her reminding me to sit still. All I want now is my printed rx so I can go somewhere else. And they can't even get that right. Here it is 6 weeks later, $200 paid and I still have no glasses, no contacts, no rx!!!!! NOTHING except excuses and apologies. Stay a million miles away from there. read more

This review is about Warby Parker, not the Boca Raton store. You cannot reach them by phone. This is a call center and not the store. I am so angry. I have spoken to 2 people and they are not able to do a thing. They claim they did not get the new RX but the doctor sent it. This is a joke. It is like calling Home Depot or FPL, you can talk in circles to a call center overseas and they will repeat what happened and not do a thing. The store people are wonderful. But you need to go there you cannot call. The doctor sent the Rx but they do not have it. It is not worth it to do business with them if you have a problem. We were very happy going here b/c it is hard to find glasses that you like at a reasonable price and stylish as well. you can download the app to see what glasses look good on you. You can order 5 sets of frames and only pay for the ones you keep. They are practicing social distancing which I liked. You give your name and they text you when they are ready for you. You then go I to the store and pick the ones you like- try them on. And then they will clean them . My daughter tried on many and picked out the ones she liked. We should get them in 10 days and we also added the blue light for her so the computer light will not bother eyes as much. They did not take my insurance but I will turn it into my insurance to get reimbursed. read more

Stay away from store in Town Center Mall. It took forever to be taken care of in the store. I was told the wrong prices and never given a receipt. When the glasses came I had to return them to be remade because I couldn't even see when I put them on. I went to a different store, near Palm Beach, and the service was better. I've always liked going on Warby Parker's website looking for glasses and now they brought their shop to the mall at Boca, even better! Glasses are reasonably priced, starting at $95 and they've got a great selection of fashionable frames and I really enjoy that they have a selection of wide frames for people like me who may or may not have large heads.... The staff takes their time, walking you through every step of the ordering process so you not only get the frame you want, but you're able to see properly when you get them! The store gets busy so it make take some time for you to see an associate, but when you do you'll be happy you waited. Great glasses. Great service. Overall, just pretty great! read more

"Tried on" glasses at the website and followed up by talking to Kat at the brick-and-mortar store and ordering there. The store was clean, well-organized, and bright, and the service was second-to-none. Although I likely could have gotten glasses cheaper direct from other websites, there's no substitute for human contact to "double-check" your online choices all of which are at their store. Fate. I was fated to get a pair of Warby Parkers. I was browsing their frames online last night and saw a few that I was swooning over because of the colors. I walk into the mall today, and BOOM -- there is a newly opened Warby Parker store I had known nothing about. Coincidence? I think not! So I walked in and immediately saw one of the pairs, the Percey, and the other, the Hughes, in the color Chestnut Crystal. This color is what made Warby stand out to me because it goes so nicely with blonde hair. Instantly someone was over to help me. I was informed that the $95 price I was seeing wasn't just for the frames. It's for everything: the lenses too! My jaw almost dropped. Also, they cannot make it any easier to give them your prescription. You can simply take a photo of it and email it to them. Then they make your glasses in-store and have them ready in 7-10 business days, where you can pick them up or have them shipped. I can't wait for my new glasses. read more

The staff at this store were super helpful with picking out glasses and even told me which were flattering or fitting properly on my face type. I had such a positive experience even with some complications with my prescription. I can't say enough good things about the value of the glasses and how easy it is to get them sent right to your home. I now have 2 pairs and plan to go back for more! Please note, before reading further, this review is coming from a long time Warby Parker customer. First and foremost, the sales floor of this location is only slightly larger than a walk-in closet, and it was ridiculous how many people were packed into such a small space. After having driven the distance, we decided to grin a bear it, and went into the store. The first thing that caught my eye, was the sizable stash of glasses in 2 gray containers that one employee was feverishly trying to sanitize in order to put back on the shelves, and the fact that none of the other employees were lifting a finger to try to help the poor girl, dispute the mound getting progressively larger with every passing moment. I'd say there was at least a 20% of the glasses not on the shelves. Next thing I noticed is there seemed to be no rational as to the organization of the glasses. When asked I was told "all our glasses are unisex." REALLY? Then why is your website separated by "Shop Men's" and "Shop Women's" if they're all unisex ... and I'm sorry, but there are any number of styles that no man would wear and vice versa. Next thing I noticed is there's not organization as to size scale. There were different sizes all over the place. Here's a suggestion ... have the Narrows up top, Mediums in the center and Wide in the lower shelf levels? Also, if the style comes in more than one size, indicate that on the placard, so people will know. I was really happy when Warby Parker started opening up stores locally, but if this is the best they can do, they should just stick to their online / mail order business model, because these "stores" leave a GREAT DEAL to be desired! Even though it's a much further drive for me, I'll visit the Las Olas location next time, this location at the Boca Town Center, needs a TON of work. read more

Purchased my glasses in August 2022. Within 2 days I had two noticeable scratches. I took the glasses to the Boca Raton store and the sales person said no problem. I got a replacement pair and the same thing happened. Within two days I had another noticeable scratch. When I went to the store I was told they would not fix them because even though it was within the six months I was told this time I only got one time for scratches. I was told, however, when I purchased the glasses that I had 6 months scratch protection. The glasses have very cheap lenses that will scratch when you look at them. Never again.
