Double check what you were billed for and that you weren't overcharged. We were overcharged for an appointment and they never told us anything. My son and I have been going for physical therapy for a couple months now and we had more progress with Wendy than we have had with any other physical therapy facility. You can tell that they truly care. I want to be clear upfront, I never got to attend a physical therapy session with these folks. Why? Because after waiting a few weeks for the appointment, they canceled it the day before. But there's more. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I appeared for the second appointment, I refused to allow them to make a copy of my drivers license.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was more than willing to show them and let them look at it to verify that I am who I said I am.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]But after a call to their "manager", I was told I must allow them to copy my drivers license in order to be seen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I then refused and walked out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They called the next day to reschedule; I returned the call the following day and spoke once again about the license copying issue.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They reiterated that they required a copy. Once again I refused. Told them why, and politely ended the call.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's too much identity theft in the world these days, and I see no good reason why I should have to provide a copy of my license. I was referred by my doctor for physical therapy in the summer of 2025. Wendy was the physical therapist who was assigned to me. She was EXCELLENT!!! It was quickly obvious to me that she had a deep knowledge of physical therapy and has been doing this for quite some years now. Kimberly, Jesse, Wendy, and Joey are the four therapists with whom I've worked. They are exceptional. About 9 years ago I came here for physical therapy after an arthroscopic knee surgery. It went well. No complaints. Fast forward to today. I've developed arthritis in my left shoulder and my PCP referred me back to West Coast Spine. The initial consult was fine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The therapist scheduled me for two future appointments (9/30 & 10/2).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I subsequently received two letters of authorization from my insurance company (1 for consult, 1 for 12 visits), so yesterday I arrived for my appointment (with two authorization letters in hand ) and was sent home. Drove all the way there and was sent home![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Today I spent the entire afternoon on the phone dealing with my doctor and my insurance company, both of whom have done their own.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Idk if West Coast Spine is under new management or what but I can no longer recommend them. Stay away be careful. They try to bill you a year later when the insurance paid them in full This place have deceiving business practices. A year later after services, they try to sneak in an invoice when the insurance already paid them in full. They are BCBS in network providers so they can only bill contract prices. My world turned upside down after injuring myself at work. My plans for 2020 came to halt and my life was put on hold. My worker's compensation doctor was stunned that I wasn't healing and showing no signs of improvement. I was scheduled for 4 weeks of what I call "challenging" physical therapy sessions. The staff was attentive and any therapist in the building that I saw along the way, greeted me with a warm greeting. I felt noticed and it added comfort to my days ahead. I had the honor to work with Kimberly King. She was my physical therapist and I feel blessed to have known such an honorable woman. My condition had me feeling dizzy and nauseous combined with brain fog and fatigued. I was also sensitive to light and sound. Each day was challenging for me. Everyday was different and every therapy session was unique because I wasn't sure what symptom I encountered that day. My mood was all over place. I was depressed and hardly slept. Or slept for 13 hours on days where I had heavy fatigue. Kimberly was patient, understanding, supportive, encouraging, funny, and inspiring! Each week she had different exercises where she focused on areas of improvement for me. At first, it was difficult I felt I couldn't do most of what she asked me to do. She helped me push myself each session. I liked how excited she got when I completed an exercise. She gave me homework assignments between each sessions. I made sure to rewrite them on notecards and really practice each assignment. I wanted to feel better again and I knew how important physical therapy was. I knew I had a great teacher. Kimberly was a special influence to me because she believed in me. She truly loves her job and it shows. My worker's compensation doctor wanted to cancel my therapy he believed it wasn't working. I was crushed and beyond devastated. I called almost everyday fighting to keep my therapist that changed my life. All my calling paid off, I was scheduled for 4 more weeks of therapy. I saw the light at the end of the tunnel with Kimberly. She truly believed every symptom I had and encouraged me along the way. I lost both my parents recently and Kimberly showed me that other people can help build you up. You don't need your parents to help you in every aspect of your life. God brings people in your life to help change you. I had 8 weeks of physical therapy with Kimberly. My sessions have ended and I never got to thank her for touching my life!! I had to come for follow up physical therapy from a total hip replacement. Kevin did a great job on the evaluation and following up with my progress. throughout my visits. Daniel was my main therapist. He did on excellent job showing me new stretches' and workouts. He was able to encourage me in doing more at home and also getting into a gym. I went for a total of 6 visits for PT of my back. Amanda, my therapist, was wonderful! A+. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She helped me start a journey of healing. I feel I've learned some stretches that will be able to continue helping me get better as long as I continue to use them. I gave 4 stars because no place is perfect and there's always room for improvement, but that's not a negative. I would recommend this business. The lack of a fifth star is merely a reflection of the facility itself, not the staff. All the staff that I interacted with (Wendy and Kristyn in particular) were professional, attentive, and obviously on top of the work. The one issue I have is that even though the space is huge and there's a ton of room to handle diverse patient requirements, there is way too much child therapy stationed on the fringes of the adult areas. Trying to focus on anything while a three or four year old with no desire to be treated is screaming its youthful lungs out in a cubed-off area right next to where you are dealing with physical pain of any sort just didn't really seem optimal to me. I would vastly prefer it if the younger patients were segregated fully on their own side of the building. Good luck with that, I suppose. Still well worth going for adult physical therapy. read more

Follow up - I was told I would owe $500 for my daughters TWO SESSIONS. Management had called me and stated that they would "understand if i did not return as a client and wished us luck." We've been coming here for 3 months and every time I come Kimberly is so patient, loving and kind to my son and I. She's such a smart, sweet lady. She's excellent with babies and kids! We started attending this place for speech therapy since it was close to home. At first it was ok, was not absolutely impressed with our therapist but it would do since my daughter liked the therapist. Not only would our therapist go on vacation and not be available sometimes, we didn't make a big deal since I didn't want to switch people. Today we get a call stating that due to my daughter, missing classes we would have to schedule on a weekly. I have two girls that I homeschool and have to rely on the babysitter coming in since I can't take them with me. My daughter has been sick a lot since November since she does attend school and also has a disability. Not only is it ridiculous that I would have to make a weekly schedule because I choose not to take my child in when she's sick, but its ok for them to cancel my sessions and me not complain. I have to run my life on a schedule so making a weekly appointment would just be dumb. Do better. We will definitely be going to a new facility and ABSOLUTELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. read more

This review is long overdue. I can't say enough great things about west coast spine, specifically pertaining to the speech therapists here. My son Sebastian attended speech therapy here for a little over a year about 2 years ago with Ms. Jen and Lynn. Both Jen & Lynn went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that my son Sebastian was a success. My son started speech knowing only how to say 6 words and thanks to Jen & Lynn he is a happy almost 5 year old flourishing and talking NON STOP haha. When we first started I remember Jen saying you just watch pretty soon he won't stop talking and sure enough she was right. I have the upmost gratitude and appreciation for Jen & Lynn. I had 2 knees replaced and both times went here for physical therapy. I highly recommend this place as I never had to wait, the equipment was great and cleaned thoroughly after each use. I especially loved my therapist Kimberly PT who helped me through my rehab and gave the best massages after a extensive and personalized workout. read more

I have been taking my sister there for physical therapy for eight weeks now. The therapist works with two other patients at the same time in her 30 minute visit and the reason she is there is pretty serious. I don't know how anybody can get enough therapy when you're working on two other people at the same time no one is making sure she's doing it, right and then they sent her home with homework and expect her to know how to do it right. The place is dirty, the chairs, the carpet they don't even have up-to-date beds that go up and down automatically I would not recommend it. read more

When it comes to taking kids for speech or OT stay away. Not only are the receptionist rude and unprofessional their managers are very and unorganized. This whole facility is outdated, over crowded and unorganized. The therapist need lots of work. I would definitely not recommend going here for your children. I had such a horrible experience from day one and continued to give them the benefit of doubt hoping things would get better but they only got worse. My last straw was when the speech therapist had no patience for my son and told my husband it's best you take him home. These therapist work with autistic kids and if they don't have patience for them then they are in the wrong field. Biggest waste of time for my son here. read more

Called 2 weeks ago to schedule after my doctor said they got the approval and sent the referral over for my physical therapy. The girl took all my information and said scheduling would call me back which never happened. When I called today the girl told me they probably didn't have the referral and that's probably why they never called but that was a lie because when I asked for a supervisor she had it. My doctor said they sent it 2 weeks ago! Then scheduling tells me the only office that has openings is the one on the border of Moreno Valley and the one close to my house has a 6 week wait to get in! I'm beyond frustrated because they never called me and now I have to drive over 30 minutes away (more if there's traffic) to get physical therapy. I'm in pain so I don't want to wait until June to start! If you're looking for a place I would suggest going elsewhere! They have taken my information down 3 times and seem to be completely unorganized! The lady told me they aren't set up electronically so this happens sometimes! According to Yelp it happens quite a bit! I haven't even gotten in yet and I'm unhappy with the lack of service! read more

Makes zero sense, to be chastised for rescheduling we are fully aware of the diagnosis and this will be a third opinion with a different therapist. My husband has highly recommend me to go to West Coast Spine Center for physical therapy on my new total knee replacement. Marchand Montel, a wonderful Physical Therapist, has been working with me for the last 2 months. Step by step under her instructions, my knee is back to normal that I'm able to walk normally without any pain!!!! I'm very fortunate to have her magic working on me!!! I started my PT here in Jan 2020 after going through a pretty bad open fracture on my leg. It was discouraging not being able to do what I loved but I was met with friendly and professional staff and my physical therapist, Bobbie, made my time in PT very enjoyable. I think how you treat a patient and the overall morale are really important aspects to consider in recovery--the therapists here were continually encouraging and I'm happy to say that I've been able to get back to what I love doing as a runner and climber.
