The manager, Sable, is usually my therapist and she is outstanding! Always pleasant, caring, professional and a good friend now. The staff is remarkable and the ladies always greet you with a smile and 'how are you today?' I appreciate that. The place is spotless and equipment is immediately stored in its place when not in use. Sable is definitely on my Christmas card list....she cured my lifelong problem with vertigo and this last bout I had was endless torture. Sometimes your on top of other people. There are about 4 or 5 therapists - Colleen is the BEST! The worst part about this location is it shares space with a full size gym - you hear weights getting slammed down and they play super loud music. For anyone dealing with head injury or elderly people - it's just not good. Your forced to sit in the waiting area - waiting for the therapist to come get you. For me physical therapy did not help and I was sent to a different location and had sessions with an Occupational Therapist instead.

I got print outs of what I needed to do at home with pictures and before leaving, I scheduled all 6 weeks that was on my script but was also asked when I would see my doctor again so if more was needed we could have them all set as well. I was told, "We book whatever is available that week in the schedule, we don't guarantee weekly availability of therapy." My son is an athlete, we were looking for speedy and effective therapy options with a sports focus. Two weeks invested in this office and we are no closer to starting therapy than we were on day one.
