In this well equipped facility, with highly trained therapists, I have seen and heard song, dance,laughter, and tears. Sable is definitely on my Christmas card list....she cured my lifelong problem with vertigo and this last bout I had was endless torture. She helped to train me during both of my pregnancies and get me back into my old jeans lightning fast after both my babies! Her fitness studio is very clean and fresh.
