They are military friendly (the manager was a former military wife) and most of the therapists have children themselves. All of the therapists are women and, to be honest, it feels like family in there (and they also treat you like family). The therapists treat my children like they are their own and they get excited when they make progress. My girls have been going for a few months and, while they can't completely talk yet, they have made so much improvement that it makes me want to cry. The therapists are very knowledgeable in what they do and they have years of experience handling their kids. The waiting area is comfortable and has toys and books for the kids. The receptionist, Kate, is extremely nice and very friendly. At the end of each session, the therapists make sure (time permitted) that they discuss how the session went. I can tell these women are dedicated and love their work because of how the kids are improving. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place for my kids to improve and grow.

After a month in the hospital and 7 surgeries later it seemed like a slow recovery with unending physical therapy. If it wasn't for the support I got from my wife and PT Solutions I know I wouldn't have come this far. My wife always took time from work to drive me to and back from my therapy sessions. And the crew at PT Solutions always had my back and continued to work with me and give me the confidence I needed to help me endure. There were times I thought that I was just going to have to succumb and walk in pain with a cane. However Ly and her assistant Brittany never gave up and got me the extra sessions they knew I needed. It's been a long journey with the best crew at PT Solutions. Everyone there treats you like family. As Brittany worked with me she would always find some other muscle area that needed attention that contributed to my flexible difficulties that I didn't even know of. Sometimes your on top of other people. There are about 4 or 5 therapists - Colleen is the BEST! The worst part about this location is it shares space with a full size gym - you hear weights getting slammed down and they play super loud music. For anyone dealing with head injury or elderly people - it's just not good. Your forced to sit in the waiting area - waiting for the therapist to come get you. For me physical therapy did not help and I was sent to a different location and had sessions with an Occupational Therapist instead.
