Sable is definitely on my Christmas card list....she cured my lifelong problem with vertigo and this last bout I had was endless torture. They are military friendly (the manager was a former military wife) and most of the therapists have children themselves. All of the therapists are women and, to be honest, it feels like family in there (and they also treat you like family). The therapists treat my children like they are their own and they get excited when they make progress. My girls have been going for a few months and, while they can't completely talk yet, they have made so much improvement that it makes me want to cry. The therapists are very knowledgeable in what they do and they have years of experience handling their kids. The waiting area is comfortable and has toys and books for the kids. The receptionist, Kate, is extremely nice and very friendly. At the end of each session, the therapists make sure (time permitted) that they discuss how the session went. I can tell these women are dedicated and love their work because of how the kids are improving. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place for my kids to improve and grow.

She helped to train me during both of my pregnancies and get me back into my old jeans lightning fast after both my babies! Her fitness studio is very clean and fresh. She will hold you accountable but you won't ever feel like you've been defeated. She is positive and focused on what you want to achieve and will supply you with the best knowledge and fitness training to get you to reach those goals. I had PT on my wrist after a fall at work. I also had many other injuries including a head injury…read more I was surprised by how small the actual therapy room is. Sometimes your on top of other people. There are about 4 or 5 therapists - Colleen is the BEST! The worst part about this location is it shares space with a full size gym - you hear weights getting slammed down and they play super loud music. For anyone dealing with head injury or elderly people - it's just not good. Your forced to sit in the waiting area - waiting for the therapist to come get you. For me physical therapy did not help and I was sent to a different location and had sessions with an Occupational Therapist instead.
