If it wasn't for the therapy pool and the fact that it's practically across the street from us, we'd cancel our membership. Based on front desk alone. Absolutely awful. Equipment is subpar - they need mirrors in the weight section upstairs as well. WiFi is terrible as well if you plan to listen to anything on your phone while there too.
