I also requested removal of a stand up freezer and washer, they adjusted the quote reasonably and arrived with a truck and an eagerness rarely seen these days. I used this company a year and 2 months ago. It was a great experience. So this time I decided to…read morego back. That was the absolute worst mistake. My original quote was maximum 1800, my ending bill was $2470. I was promised a discount which I never got. Oh and not to mention the cost changing 3 times on moving day. So many of my items are ripped, torn, broken. I have an added insurance option A but they didn't email me the contract and won't respond to me filing a claim to be made whole. Their representative Daniel is a nightmare to work with. This experience had me in tears on my moving day. Please be careful with this company.
