First time poster--created my Yelp account to review this business. Sergey was fantastic. My wife and I had an old Mitsubishi Mini-Split unit that we inherited when we moved into our new apartment, and the outside condenser died a few weeks in. From the get-go, Sergey was very responsive--he texted me within a few hours of my asking for a quote, to get a better read on the situation. We had someone else previously come in to diagnose the issue, but the price point was a bit too high for what we had in mind, so we decided to order our own condenser and have someone install it. Sergey volunteered to come out to take a look and confirm our suspicions / previously acquired diagnosis--a thorough and professional move. The delivery person for the condenser gave us a huge delivery window, but Sergey was very accommodating. We hadn't yet set a time on the day the condenser arrived, but I texted Sergey when the condenser arrived and he was able to come with his technician just two hours later. When I had questions about disposal of my old unit, they offered to come back and take it away later--in my mind, above and beyond. On the job, they were efficient, effective, courteous, and clean. Start to finish was only a couple of hours and everything is working as intended. I'm writing this review because my wife and I went through ten or so HVAC businesses, trying to find someone to do the job. Dodging all the sketchy businesses and the overpriced quotes on Yelp was way harder than it should have been. Sergey was reasonable, pleasant, and got the job done with his crew. We've had the best experience with Optimize Air. They are true professionals and know what they do every step of the way. I've requested a replacement of central air system. Nick has arrived on time and was very helpful explaining all our options . After that I received an email with a quote . We've discussed details and signed contract . The installation went smoothly. Nick has been all the time on site to control process. The technical staff was professional and everyone was treating our house with respect, i.e. wearing shoe covers all the time, covering with plastic our furniture, taking the trash out after completing the project, etc. I highly recommend this company. read more

After the condenser to my ductless AC system started making loud noises and stopped blowing cold air, I took bids from multiple vendors. Siarhei was the first to respond with the most competitive quote to boot. He sent a tech the very next morning, who was punctual. Knowing his immediate crew could not help my issue, he referred me to a specialist. I also worked with him for maintenance for my entire condo building. I needed to install a split ac system for two rooms in my apartment. I went to Google and found Optimize Air inc there. I called them, Sergey picked up the phone. We agreed to meet. Sergey arrived the same day, made the necessary measurements, the next day he sent the quote for my installation. It satisfied me. A couple of days later Sergey and his colleague Ivan came to my house. They installed a Fujitsu 2-zone ac system and it took 1 day. We had a great experience with getting a quote from Optimize Air to replace our boiler. Helga got back to us quickly with an estimate, and Siarhei came to look at it, discuss options, give his recommendations, and followed up with a great quote. He was knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Optimize Air. I dealt with Sergey about removing 2 central air conditioner units, doing the necessary maintenance of them, changing the placement and putting them back. One of our split AC units was leaking and a second one was funneling the cold air to a different room. They were able to fix the leaky unit the first time they came over and was able to locate the issue of the other unit due to a faulty pipe. We scheduled a second visit for the faulty pipe and everything went super smooth on their second visit as well. The technicians who came were all very professional and told us what was wrong with the units and gave us possible options of fixing the issues. Sergey and his business partner were outstanding! I am shocked that this kind of customer service still exists. I booked them through Amazon to replace a window AC. Our window is above an entry door, so not at all what they expected. They did not even hesitate. They had to cut a larger opening and be creative because the new unit was bigger. Although they were clearly experts, they took the time to review my ac unit's specific instructions which made me feel a lot more comfortable. They screwed the ac unit into the window, installed the necessary brackets, and even used the foam insulation to ensure the seal was as air tight as possible. This place was recommended to me through a website on google. I needed cleaning and maintenance for three AC units. They were very responsive. They traveled to my office in Manhattan. The job they did was very thorough and professional. I didn't realize they needed a water supply in the office; however, they worked around this inconvenience and carried the AC units to the bathroom in the hallway.
