They are ALWAYS the cheapest. 3. I'm sure my files are properly configured and truly print-ready. I highly recommend them, but I am experienced designer who understands how commercial printing works. I ordered a welcome poster for my baby shower many weeks in advance. Unfortunately It arrived damaged (not at the fault of the company) and a claim was filed between the company and mail carrier. I did not hear back about my poster, so I reached out to GotPrint. Customer service took days to respond, and when they did it was too late to print and ship another poster in time for the shower, so I asked for a refund. I followed up on my refund about 4 times and have not heard anything. To this day still did not recieve my refund.

There is a small parking lot in front and they are extremely fast. They get customers in and out and are so polite with my millions of questions. I would say they are reasonably priced with sending out packages and purchasing products. They help with exactly what you need and go above and beyond.
