I had a new phone that was broken and I had no choice but to get an exchange on it since Samsung wouldn't help me. Francisco and Chris were inside the store and they were so helpful. They helped me put through a warranty exchange for a replacement device and my cost was only $5.43 and they were also very friendly. My device was ready on Tuesday so I went back in for it. I forgot the name of the girl who helped me but she was also very nice as well. My phone was transferred in a fairly short amount of time and I had my replacement phone ready to go. I had to ask some one else to call the guy that was helping me from the. ack room. when he came out i told him what happened and after a few attempts to get me connected to a rep he finally was able to do so. I asked him to stay around because I would most likely need him again but he was still paying more attention to his text messages and walked away...surely enough the customer representative on the phone asked me questions that I wasn't able to answer and asked me to remove the SIM card something I could not do because I had nothing small enough to help me get it out.
