    I left my phone to be repaired. The next day I was suppose to pick it up at 3pm. When I arrived,…read morethey said 2hrs more. 2hrs later, I called and they asked me to give it another 1hr. Work appeared fine. This place never opens at 10am despite it listed as the opening time. I even called on friday and was told it opens 10am on monday, to which I said I will see you at 10am on Monday. Get there 1028am. No lights on. I paid for a replacement item, originally told it should arrive Wednesday. On Wednesday they said it was delayed for Thursday's holiday (Juneteenth). Called Saturday. Was told item still didn't arrive and that they would call me when it arrived. One week later I called, they said they had the item but there's no note to inform customer. The item ordered was suppose to be in connection to the original issue that brought me in. After the previous work they completed, there was damage to speaker resulting in the other person having difficulty hearing me. However once again, I was told there was no notation of that. How convenient. Whichever worker assisted me today was on a personal call when I arrived. He never hung up entire time I was being assisted. Last time I will use them for any services.

While he did give me a loaner phone, he assured me that in most cases it can be fixed -- it just takes more than a day or even a few days. So now I'm left to deduce either he sent it out and it was lost or he flat -out sold my phone. Here I willingly handed over my phone and allowed this to happen. I miss my phone and everything that was on it throughout the more than 5 years that I had had it -- which was my whole life on it!! He doesn't even call me and let me know how things are going -- just apparently screws me over.

So sorry that shop lost my business. UBreakIFix charged 40 bucks for a battery replacement and I'm good as new! Quick friendly service while you wait. Brought my pristine Pixel 9 Pro XL here for a vertical green line running from the bottom to the top of the screen. This is the exact qualifying symptom under Google's 3-year Extended screen display Repair Program. The policy clearly states the free screen replacement is only voided if the display is cracked, the cover glass is damaged, or there is liquid intrusion. My phone was fully functional with zero issues, no glass damage, and had none of the damage specified by Google. Despite this, the staff took my phone to the back and claimed "minor display screen dings and scratches" not visible to the human eye, to deny the free repair--the exact same scripted excuse they gave another customer with a perfect Samsung phone standing right next to me.They systematically deny valid manufacturer warranties just to trick you into paying out-of-pocket fees. I walked out, contacted Google, and they recommended the next closest store so I went there 3 days later to the Garden City uBreakiFix location instead.They fixed my phone under warranty for FREE in under 2 hours with zero hassle--no questions asked or advance warnings given. Just examined the phone and proceeded with repairs. I would never recommend uBreakiFix Bethpage to family & friends. Hopefully they change their tactics and become honest in their dealings. It was a waste of time and a wasted trip; I should have looked up their reviews first. Same store franchise, different locations, completely different diagnosis and two different outcomes, who would have imagined

When I came in for my appointment, I was paired with Mark S., and his customer service was truly exceptional. He was patient, informative, and genuinely invested in helping me find the best option. Not only did he secure a deal that beat all major competitors, but he also took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly. Although I haven't committed to services yet, I felt compelled to share my experience because it exceeded my expectations. I went to this location 5070…read moreSunrise Hwy in massapequa. to resolve an issue with my phone being on SOS due to SIM card issue and the gentleman that helped me paid more attention to his cellphone than to the issue I was having. i had to repeat multiple times what my issue was He had me dial my phone number and follow steps to connect to a customer service using the stores phone and be walked away into the back room. there must have been a connection issue with Verizon line because the system continued to ask me to enter my phone number over and over again until if finally disconnected. I had to ask some one else to call the guy that was helping me from the. ack room. when he came out i told him what happened and after a few attempts to get me connected to a rep he finally was able to do so. I asked him to stay around because I would most likely need him again but he was still paying more attention to his text messages and walked away...surely enough the customer representative on the phone asked me questions that I wasn't able to answer and asked me to remove the SIM card something I could not do because I had nothing small enough to help me get it out. By this time I asked for someone else to help me because the person that was supposed to be helping me was in the back room hiding and probably still texting. I had a very disappointing experience at this location, there was no care for customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.
