    Dr. Davis is horrible. She does not return calls. To get lab results I have to make call after call with no results.

    This review is about the front desk staff member Kendra who is scheduling for Dr. Mona Shah. My…read morehusband recently had major surgery and was referred for a procedure with Dr. Shah. He was unable to make the call himself, so I called to make the appointment for him, with him on the line. Kendra answered and it was disgusting how rude she was. My husband verified his identity and gave verbal consent for me to set the appointment for him. Kendra cut me off every time I spoke and would only speak to my husband, not to me. I asked for the address, because my husband was under the influence of prescribed medication and Kendra refused to give me that information, which is not even private. It is an embarrassment to the office and doctor how ignorant and unprofessional Kendra is and the lack of communication skills she has for a job working directly with the public. Kendra has no respect for patients and her attitude is gross. Kendra: under HIPAA, an authorized personal representative has the same rights as the patient to access Protected Health Information. I am an authorized personal representative and your nasty attitude saved us from a visit there and probably more undeserved mistreatment. Potential patients, I would definitely recommend looking for another provider. The front desk staff usually gives you an idea of how your experience and care will be. Thanks to Kendra, this place is definitely a "no".

It was a Friday they told me the doctor leaves at 12 I was like ok I'll come back. Then I told them the vaccines I needed and they said no we can't do that. One was gossiping on the phone & the other was just gossip I with her as well. I would think they would refer me to somewhere else. When I asked the receptionist said "google it! " I couldn't believe how RUDE they are. Talking about "flaka " & "flako" is more important than helping a patient. Point is I'm changing doctors. They should really hire new staff. She invests a lot of time in learning about her patients, and she actually remembers what was previously discussed. Unfortunately, it is hard getting in touch with the doctor if you need to. I have had more than one appointment cancelled and rescheduled without consideration (took time off work, would like to receive results some day) for the patient's time or well being. I recently had a hard time reaching the doctor, and decided to contact my insurance provider for advice. My insurance provider was shocked that I was not able to see my physician, considering I had been really ill and was not improving. However I was given information, so I could seek assistance from a urgent care facility. Although I would prefer to seek assistance from my primary care physician because she was familar with my illness, I went to the Urgent care any way. I am thankful that I decided to go, because I learned that I had an infection that needed tending to. As well as, I was having issues with breathing. After this experience, I will definitely be looking into finding another doctor. Once again, the doctor is excellent but her office staff needs to be completely replaced. I am sure they truly believe they are protecting the doctor from demanding patients; however, the doctor should have the final say in regards to who she is willing to squeeze in and which calls to return. Blocking patients from the doctor, could prevent patients from receiving the care they need. In the name of health care and service, at least refer patients to a decent urgent care if the doctor is booked or out for the day.
