I went today for the first time since they moved from orange coast memorial. The parking was good. I had an 8 am appt so it was pretty empty. Since the transition to healthcare partners from talbert medical I wasnt too keen on staying. I kept switching drs who just were not listening to my concerns or made me feel like it was more important to rate them well on a survey than to help me. I wanted to give this one more shot before I chose another healthcare group. I saw Dr . Ngyuen for the first time very clean, bathroom in the waiting area, the staff i spoke to were nice. I didnt wait too long (however I was 1 out of 4 people there) Dr's Nurse was very proffesional and nice. Dr Nguyen was the same and really made me feel like she heard my concerns and made me feel taken care of. I ended up getting blood drawn in the same room by the nurse who was great at it. And got a shot for a very pressurized persistent headache. I was very happy with this particular Doctor and Nurse. I hope my visits continue to be similar. read more

I booked an appointment after looking them up on the Blue Shield website. I was told that they accepted Blue Shield PPO and the appointment was set. I get a call 1 week before the appointment saying that they do not accept the insurance. Clearly this group has either poorly trained admin or they are fools to begin with. Avoid them and find someone else to deal with. read more

Wow! I came in today as a new patient, I have HMO health insurance for the first time and have been extremely nervous about finding an office that accepted it and wasn't the stereotypical "run down and bad service" type of place. All my worries were instantly removed as I walked through the door. The first thing I saw was the receptionist being so patient with a mentally handicapped gentleman that had a ton of questions and wanted to say hi to everyone. Amazing first impression! She was so polite and kind to him, which a lot of people would be short or annoyed, but she was treating him with respect! After he sat down she asked which doctor I was there for and redirected me to the correct floor since I was not in the correct one. Went up the stairs to another EXTREMELY friendly staff member named Silvia! She walked me through my insurance, new patient forms and got me all in the system in about 4 minutes! I was extremely impressed! Then I met my doctor, Dr. Behbehani and her amazing nurse! I've never had so much comfort and ease with an apppintment before. The entire staff here is so easy to talk to and seems like they generally want to help :) I was in and out of my appointment in 30 minutes and never waited once. I will 100% be recommending Dr. Behbehani and HealthCare partners to anyone needing a friendly and efficient office! read more

Just checked in 15 min ago and apparently there's a 2.5 hour wait and no patients waiting! Hum, isn't this suppose to be 'Urgent Care!' Wow!! Very disappointing and I feel for the receptionist she's having to deal with a disgruntled son of an elderly patient!! I'm here for my elderly father after being directed by HB facility of HCP to go to Urgent Care for HCP....WOW! Why is there a standard wait time, even told by supervisor, it's a standard wait time at their facility. Wow! Wish I had known that years ago when it took me a year to find an attentive, patient care provider!! Provider is awesome just the facility needs to provide better care options if this is there 'standard of care!' Wow !!! Doctors huddling in the website photo better get it together cuz it looks like your all on vacay with two physicians attending to patients, and an empty waiting room. Get it together folks! Love this doctor office! I'm new to the area and was nervous finding a doctor for my pregnancy. They are so nice and welcoming from the front staff all the to the doctor office Cary Parrish Ma was great very informative and quick blood draw was a piece of cake. They were so nice to my almost 2 year old daughter I had to bring with me too. I'm glad I have doctor Nguyenphuc she great she told me everything she was going to do and when she was going to do. Worse urgent care I've ever been to in my entire life. So that track the waiting time online isn't accurate. My son had this terrible cough over Christmas weekend and his PCP was on vacation until the 8th. As soon as I woke up at 7:30 I started tracking the waiting time for this urgent care. All high peaks until 6pm. So I quickly dragged my son and guess what? Walked in and the check in clerk says waiting time was roughly 3 hrs. I showed her the site and she says that's not accurate. Even though the bar graph says LIVE tracking! 2 hrs later we got called in and waited for another 20 mins. Checkup was only 15 mins... and doc says she's going to send prescription to the nearest Walgreens. I reminded her Walgreens pharmacy closes at 9. It was inching close to 9 and I lost patience. Went outside and asked if we can go cuz my son fell asleep on the bed. Clerk checked the computer and was like "oh yea. Prescription was sent. You can go." So being very classy... I walked out carrying my sleeping son and said "you guys really suck for being an urgent care. Either you don't give a shit or your pay is shit." read more

I had a visit in the OB/GYN office today with Doctor Diemchi Nguyenphuc and she is fantastic. She is polite, friendly, professional and will answer any questions you have. Her medical assistant Cary Parrish is awesome. She is bright, funny, full of energy yet professional in the end. I've always enjoyed the staff at both the Santa Ana and Anaheim locations. Unfortunately I don't have a choice with my insurance except to go here. If you have a choice, I wouldn't recommend it. They were extremely rude on the phone making the appointment To the point that I had to call my insurance and do a three-way call with them just so they would give me an appointment in the first place. This was the long-awaited appointment that I was told I would get to the bottom of what was going on with me. I was told I would see a doctor or nurse practitioner. But, I did not. I saw an MA first. The test she gave me showed the same results that I had already seen in the past and I told her that it was a follow up from those results. I asked to see a nurse practitioner or a doctor. She brought back an LVN. I never was allowed to see a nurse practitioner or a doctor. This is a health issue that could cause severe consequences. They refused to listen to me and did not seem to care whatsoever. They are making me wait at least a couple more weeks for an appointment with a Dr. and wanted me to start all over with my primary care physician. I've already been trying to find answers for over a month and have had several other doctors appointments leading up to this one. Instead of just doing their jobs and digging deeper into this issue, they left me with absolutely no information even though I told them the proper test to perform to get further answers. They are incompetent and it's ridiculous to go to the doctor and not even see a Dr or even an NP. read more

I come to this location because it's conveniently close to my house (added star). Because of the sudden-nature of my health concerns and the short notice, I have seen Dr Bathala twice now because she's the soonest available to see same day appointments. Both times I've felt like the concerns I bring up, she plays down. She'll start saying "yes, uh-huh, uh-huh" before I've even gotten 3 words out. I'm obviously not a doctor which is why I take time out of my day and eat the copay just to sit there for an hour to be told that what I'm concerned about "is nothing to worry about". Doctors see hundreds of patients and cases so it's easy for them to quickly assess the situation and determine what is and isnt serious. My situation is happening to me for the first time. With my recent experiences, I want to ENSURE this doesnt develop into something serious. I pay for your professional opinion and diagnosis of my "nothing to worry about" concern and would appreciate it if I felt like it was taken more seriously instead of the "yes, yes. It will go away. Don't worry, don't worry. You're fine" attitude I have received both visits. My PCP is Dr Daka who actually listens and genuinely cares about your concerns. Unfortunately in these cases, she's already booked for the day. I would not recommend Dr Bathala. read more

I was in the urgent care there last night. There was some very friendly staff there. The waiting room was clean and organized. Everybody was very nice and helpful . The doctor that was treating me has treating me there before has always been very thorough and helped me with every need I had. I needed an X-ray and the X-ray technician was very friendly and professional. I appreciate the efforts that all the staff there took to make my experience there a very good one. Had a very good experience today. Arrived when they opened, at 8am, and wait time was reasonable at every level. - signed in, confirmed personal info at front desk. 10 mins - called to triage for vitals with nurse. 10 mins - taken to exam room to wait for Dr. 10 mins - Dr. Shokoohhy came in for exam. 2 mins - taken to radiology for X-rays. 15 mins - returned to exam room to meet with Dr re results 5 mins - Dr shared results of X-ray and prescribed treatment plan 2 mins - nurse arrived to do wound care and administer shots. 10 mins - done and on way to my car, pharmacy called saying my prescription was ready I thought all staff I interacted with were very efficient, professional, and friendly. My second visit there in 3 years and I was very satisfied the first time as well. This is not the nearest urgent care to my home but worth going a little out of the way because they know how to run an urgent care there. read more

These guys suck. My husband has stage 4 cancer of the Esophogus. After they made us wait 3 Months for endoscopy and that was his diagnosis. We went with their care for first Year and it almost killed him. We finally got 2 Nd opinion at City of hope granted and have been there last 3 Years. Healthcare partners denies all requests from City of hope. They claim they want us to go in network. We do and they never handle getting results to City of hope and do not communicate with them. Things get put off thus risking treatment plan. It's so frustrating to be a person who cannot eat and swallow and finally have an option to eat from city of hope yet they deny it stating it is not an emergency. Starving to death is pretty much an emergency. I filed a grievance and Healthnet upheld the denial. Are you fucking kidding me. No one with cancer should be put thru this bullshit. I have a complaint filed with Attorney hopefully things change. Do yourself a favor and don't go withHEALTHNET OR HEALTHCARE PARTNERS. YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.. read more

I came here all the way from LA for a 8:20 appointment, I was 10 minutes late due to traffic, tried to call ahead of time but was on hold for 25 minutes with no answer and they turned me away...they usually give a 15 minute grace period. I guess Dr. Behbehani doesn't honor that. read more

Ok I've never done a yelp for them and feel this warrants one! Facility is awesome! Parking is fabulous! Don't have to fight the hospital. But that hasn't changed is the idiots behind the desk or that book the appointments. I arrived at 7:45 to make sure I filled out any paperwork for my two daughters. Both were at two locations so I said can they do the flu mist here and she says it shouldn't be a problem I will let them know you are here and just inform the nurse . Yeah so not the case. I get walked back to the other office to be told oh you have to fill this out and that and oh the doc has to review this first! Um why wasn't this given to me 2 hours ago? And the. They says oh they will be with you in a few. Talked to a supervisor and she says What they all say and I will talk to them and note it! I've been dealing with idiots there for four years! As many others have stated and I couldn't agree more, the majority of the doctors at this location are incompetent at best and when they actually do hire doctors that are good their appointment times are limited. I've seen all of the primary's and pa's here over the past four years for my thyroid condition that I know much more about than these doctors do. As my health has declined due to their lack of knowledge, inability to order or read labs properly and their refusal to refer me to a specialist. Which honestly I don't know why I would have wanted to go to a specialist within this group anyway, after looking up the reviews of their Specialists they're no better. I finally went to see a doctor who doesn't take insurance, he's an expert in the endocrine system, and unfortunately everything I had been explaining to these doctors about my symptoms and what I wanted them to test is exactly what is wrong with me. I have been living such a poor quality of life not to mention my health has deteriorated, who knows how long or if the damage can be reversed at this point. Thanks to the arrogance of the doctors here and their lack of treating patients. read more

I honestly don't know what everyone is talking about. I came here from a doctor in Newport who was HORRIBLE. I came here by recommendation and I'm so happy that I listened. The nurse Bianca has been SO sweet and helpful. And question concern I have she's always able to answer them with ease. She's very friendly and makes the whole experience fun. Florence Lee has been doing all my ultrasounds and every other thing in between and I'm so blessed. She's so great and friendly. I was early, but they took me in early anyway and I did not have to wait. Transition from nurse to doctor back to nurse was fast and efficient. Dr. Behbehani was very personable and helpful. Two of the best receptionists that you can ever expect to find are in the OB/GYN. Nhuterri and Catherine are so sweet and nice. Before we even make it into the front door they already have us checked in. They remember so much and always asked questions on how my husband and I were doing before our daughter was born. Even after, when I have to go for my appointments they ask about the baby and my husband. Once you get inside to your appointment, you receive the same amazing treatment. Doctors, Nurses, and Midwives, it doesn't matter who you see, they are all so amazeballs. Denise Castellanos is so sweet and caring and a ray of sunshine. Patricia Evans is so great. She made it a point to let us know she would be delivering our daughter no matter if she was on call or not. We ended up with a C-section and she made sure that she was assisting Dr. Wyckoff (who is bomb-dig herself). Dr. Ruiz is always checking our daughter when we are in there making sure that she has some kind of Angels Baseball gear on. Every nurse you will encounter is amazing. They are all so nice and attentive and really care. I can't say enough good things about them. read more

Dr. Behbehani was super friendly and did a thorough check up and made my visit very pleasant, comforting and convenient especially when not feeling well like that. Since then I have made her my PCP. She's a very caring physician and has exceptional bedside manner, which has become somewhat of a rarity these days! the Admin staff were very welcoming and guided me through the initial paperwork hassle-free. read more

I give one star only, just because that is only way I can write about my experience here. Unfortunately, I waited too long to write this comment but I hope this will help others to save their time,money and more importantly their overall physical and mental health. I came to visit Dr.Masoum as soon as I found out that I was pregnant. They did some blood tests on me and after a few days he called to speak to me about the results. During conversation,I asked him specifically if my hypothyroidism would cause issue while now that I am pregnant.He said to me that my thyroid level was normal based on the blood test which was done 3 months prior to my pregnancy and there is no need to be worried about it. His office scheduled me for 2 months later for my first prenatal visit. Make story short, a week before my visit ,I started to feel something is happening. Severe pain in my back and pelvic area and my hair was falling more than usual. I went to his office for my first prenatal visit and he could not detect any heartbeat. It was hard to believe and yet it is. Later on, I am seeing my endocrinology doctor who got surprised that Dr.Masoum did not increase my medication to 30% higher dosage because that is essential hormone for growth. I lost maybe my only chance of becoming a mother just because his lack of knowledge about how to deal with a pregnant women who has hypothyroidism. I highly recommend him to simply search on google for information that to me he should have gained already in medical school. read more

I had both of my children seen in the Urgent Care by Dr.Salimkhanian and let me tell you, it was a great experience despite my children being sick (which is why we were there in the first place). The staff was very courteous and helpful while the doctor was examining both of the kids, which can be very difficult when they are little. The doctor was amazing; very compassionate and informative. I would absolutely recommend him and the urgent care to family and friends. Besides their pediatrician, who they have seen since birth, he is definitely a doctor I trust to assess and treat my kids. I recently went to the new Santa Ana location on 901 civic center and was very disappointed. I went in for stomach pain(possibly lactose intolerant?!) that I've been having for almost a year. Dr Shay asked me to get blood work and an ultrasound done so I did. I got 2/3 test done after a few attempts after the doctor's office failed to send order to lab. 3rd test was never done due to it not being on lab order. Well anyways I got a call today from Dr Shay to tell me everything was negative which was i was expecting since I went in stating I might be lactose intolerant. Well all she could tell me was all test were negative and that if I was lactose I should keep a daily diary .. Or that It might just be bloating . No lactose intolerance test were completed and I'm back were I started. Are you kidding me. I think i could be a better doctor than this without attending med school. I'm officially done with this piece of crap healthcare partners group. read more
