They gave step-by-step post-op care instructions that were easy to follow, and called several times to check in on me during the first week as well! After my initial procedure, I decided to also start PRP treatments to continue to promote strong hair growth - big shoutout to Jane at the River North location who has made those appointments so easy and actually enjoyable. The staff again is great - I have a busy work schedule and have had to reschedule a few times and they've always been super accommodating. I'm truly thankful to everyone at Solve for helping me gain back some confidence that I'd be missing for quite a while. It's now been 18 months since my original procedure and I continue to go back for PRP treatments for maintenance. I was advised that my face and brows are uneven - which I know they are, haha. But, I think that it might be more about how they do injections because I've had excellent results with a doctor's office in DC (where the nurse made smaller injections and more distributed along my forehead as opposed to injecting more Botox in a few spots. Or perhaps they don't have as much experience with East Asian faces. The team are super nice there, and if there are any undesirable results, they invite you back to make the corrections.
