I celebrated National Tequila Day the best way I could--at Órale Tacos + Tequila! From the moment we walked in, the energy was fun and welcoming. We started our meal with a round of tequila shots (because why not?) and shared the Mexican Street Corn with chips--both were bursting with flavor and the perfect way to kick things off. I ordered the Tropical Tequila cocktail, which had a splash of Red Bull and tequila. It was super refreshing and the perfect summer drink--light, fizzy, and just the right kick. For my main dish, I had the California Burrito with their perfectly cooked Mui Mui fish, and I was blown away by how well everything was seasoned. You could tell the kitchen really focuses on authentic Mexican flavors and high-quality ingredients. The staff was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, which made the experience even better. If you're looking for bold flavors, great drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere--Órale should definitely be on your list!

We stopped by Orale Tacos and had a great experience! It was my second time for Taco Tuesday!!! We were greeted and seated immediately. The ambiance is nice and the seating was comfortable. We ordered shrimp and fish tacos (American style on flour tortillas) and steak tacos (American style on corn). Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor! I also had some chipotle sauce $1.00 to add a little zing... I ranked the tacos: 1. Fish 2. Shrimp 3. Steak My friend had a slightly different take: 1. Shrimp 2. Fish 3. Steak So clearly, they're all good--it just comes down to personal taste! Our server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We also tried the queso dip, which was smooth and flavorful. And let me just say--the chips were perfect--thick, crispy, and held up well with both the queso and their delicious salsa. Overall, a solid spot for fresh tacos and great service. We'll definitely be back!

Corner restaurant that was pretty full but we got lucky and there wasn't a wait. Just stopped in for a quick snack.Chips were hot and.the salsa was perfect. The tacos were FANTASTIC! The barbacoa was full of flavor and the tacos were overfilled and massive. Grilled shrimp was seasoned well and also overfilled. The steak taco was a little crisper than I would like but full of flavor. Will definitely be back!!!

Quick dinner before a show. Was a bit salty, but fast and hot. We started with pork belly guac and it was different, but tasty and good. Jess had steak and alligator tacos. She liked them and couldn't finish. Filled with plenty of protein. I had chori-pollo which I loved. Cooked perfectly.

This place is cute. It's quaint. The music was mostly Reggaeton- it was good and we liked it - me, personally I would have preferred more of a variety of that and Mexican music. The volume was not loud so that's a plus bc we could hear ourselves speak/talk. I came with my sisters and we came early around 11:15 am because they open at 11 am. The hostess was nice and we got to pick where we wanted to sit since we were the first ones there. Our server was Eli, we noticed he was fairly new to the place bc he wasn't aware of the drink menu so he had to double check with Bartender. My sister had asked the bartender for micheladas beforehand if he makes them bc we read that they had the best ones in town and so we ordered 3 of them. We give it a 6 out of 10. The steak tacos were ok, it was a little on the cold side. The green salsa on it was really good. We asked for more of it. They are a fairly good size. It's one taco with Two tortillas. The best tacos there are the barbacoa ones. These are Very good - nicely seasoned, had a Smokey flavor and the meat was very tender. Yum. My other sisters ordered chicken soup and it was a little on the salty side that we had to add some water to it. And some of that green salsa. And it was better or and a lot of lemon to taste less salty. We recommend to add the nacho chips bc then it becomes a tortilla soup. Eli was very attentive but we feel he needs a little more experience in serving and familiar himself with the drink and food menu. Overall it was just ok.

This place was close to my hotel. Some locals told me about it. It is outstanding!! It was Taco Tuesday. I had 2 grilled fish tacos prepared Baja style which amped up the heat. They were terrific. Just the right amount of spicy. Their salsa is very good. The house margarita was the best house margarita I've ever had. I had mine frozen. They told me they use 8 ingredients in their house margaritas. I believe it. The service was the topper. Super friendly and made sure I enjoyed my meal. I could go on but I'll stop. I'm usually not to wordy but this restaurant IMHO deserves accolades.

Orale's has always been a huge go to for happy hour for me and I recently stopped in for some tacos and margaritas. The food was really good and so was the customer service. Unfortunately, after receiving our checks we were told the advertised happy hour had ended an hour sooner than expected so the price was not honored. It really was not about the price difference, but it was frustrating for them to not honor something as we might have opted for something different if we would have known the happy hour time wasn't actually being honored.

Wow! What a gem this restaurant is. The menu has a little bit of everything from house made margaritas, to chips and salsa, salads, burritos and bowls. Plus a make your own option which is great! The food here was SO good. I got the carne Asada bowl which was huge and so filing. My partner got some type of deconstructed taco thing with meat and shrimp. My cocktail was so refreshing and yummy. He loved the strawberries margarita with the fresh Tajin Rim. The service was good. The ambiance was a fun restaurant with a clear setting and fun lights around 8:30 pm and great music! Definitely coming back on our next trip! 10/10

So, my mind is a bit blown. I've looked over this place many times and today it was the last place open with a taco Tuesday promotion. I figured they couldn't be worse than other places I've tried so I got the Grilled chicken taco, Carne asada taco and the Fried fish taco. They were all seasoned from the heart, tender and moist. The fish taco is usually my least favorite but this is the best fried fish taco I've ever had. Everything I modified and requested was done correctly and I greatly appreciate that. Thank you for some great late night tacos, I'm definitely coming to dine in because if the dine in experience is anything like the delivery I know it'll be a win.

Loved everything about this restaurant! Best tacos I've had in Savannah so far. The service was great & quick. The ambiance is everything & at the time I went it was chill enough to bring your laptop and do some work, but still a great vibe! ALL the food was sooooo good. Overall 10/10

The first time I visited was near Christmas and it was freezing outside, but they had a burning fireplace and the cutest little enclosed glass houses you could sit in to enjoy your drinks. During my recent visit, we had our 1 yr old son with us and decided to have dinner there and enjoy the weather. I had the Valencian Spritz (reposado, orange aperitif wine, fresh orange, white pepper, and cava) which was the perfect summer drink. My husband had the Soft Light mocktail (zero proof gin, papaya, kefir, and saline). For food, we started with the Labneh dip topped with olive oil, za'atar, and honey with fresh pitas on the side. Wow, this has got to be the best pita I've ever had. They were so fluffy, warm, and well seasoned. We even got a second order. The labneh dip was phenomenal -- highly recommend for an appetizer or just a snack. We also shared to the falafel bites and the Alida Burger which was very tasty! We'll definitely be back for another visit the next time we're in Savannah!

They have a solid whiskey selection behind the bar if you were looking to do some pours or shots -- pours based on the bottle I saw. They also make some cool cocktails off the cuff. A touch methodical, but they were good, at least the ones my wife enjoyed. Like at every other bar in Savannah, per the ordinances, there is a door person who checks IDs, so make sure you have it. When I walked in, I was gazing around and then all of a sudden, a man appeared asking for ID. They usually have someone watching from the top of the stairs or from the level you enter, but they will check you so keep note if you're not used to bringing your ID with you (not sure why you wouldn't, but I digress).

What a beautiful picturesque place to have some bites and cocktails!…read more I was welcomed into this moody, velvety spot with a sweeping view of the river. Beautiful glass, marble, deep colors of navy, mauve, and gold. Service was wonderful, felt welcomed immediately. For my appetizer, I had the crab cake with homemade tartar sauce, which was a light, bright way to start the evening. For my entree, I had the filet mignon. The server will tell you, the menu says tapas, but the servings are larger than that. Meat portions are generous at 6 oz. My only complaint is that I ordered my steak medium and got closer to well done. At least the steak was still moist and not dried out, but I would be hesitant to do the steak again. The spinach risotto I had with it was creamy and cheesy, however, so that was nice. Other options for food include burrata, a charcuterie board, grilled shrimp, sea bass, salmon, scallops. The cocktails are the real star here. They fall under the categories "strong and adventurous," light fare," and "signature." Non-alcoholic cocktails are also available. I started with the medusa 1597, under "strong and adventurous." Made with Old Tom Gin, extra dry vermouth, truffle, grapefruit, and amaro, it was extremely strong. A bold, slow sipper I would have done better to have later in the evening, but I still appreciate the complexity of it. I also had the Bella primavera, a lighter cocktail under the signature section. Made with pisco, blanc vermouth, French herbal liqueur, watermelon, and basil leaf. A smoother, brighter, faster sip than the Medusa. And I also had the blood orange martini, made with French vodka, blood orange, lime, and cranberry. A little sweet, but not cloying, and again, would have been a better starter as opposed to a closer. I think when I return, I will ask the bartender to make me off the menu drinks. This place seems creative enough that the outcome would be fantastic. I loved this place. The vibe, the view, the service, the offerings. Can't wait to see what more they have in store.

Naturally, I pulled up Yelp and found this place, which had great reviews. We decided to venture away from the area we had been exploring and walked across the street, only to find ourselves staring at a Chinese restaurant with absolutely no indication of where the sushi restaurant was located. We walked all the way to the right thinking we must have missed it, but still nothing. Then, almost by accident, we looked down an alleyway and there it was--hidden in plain sight. By this point, I was extremely hungry and definitely not in the mood for a game of hide-and-seek. After climbing a flight of stairs, we entered a very dark and intimate space with a small bar area. We usually prefer sitting at the bar, but there weren't any available seats, so the hostess seated us at a tiny round table that felt more like something you'd find in a café. The atmosphere was definitely giving romantic date-night vibes. We ordered two specialty sushi rolls. One was a mango roll, and the other had me sold the moment I saw the word truffle as a special. The truffle roll was easily my favorite, although both were delicious. I also ordered a passion fruit cocktail, which I'd rate a solid 9 out of 10. I don't normally go for sweet drinks, but when on Rome, why not? This was not overly sweet but still one and done for me. Since we were only in town for one night and wanted to experience as many places as possible, we stuck with the two rolls and drinks before heading back out to continue exploring. Overall, this place is incredibly cute, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for a date night. My only complaint is how difficult it was to find. If you're starving like I was, wandering around searching for the entrance might test your patience. Once you finally find it, though, it's worth the effort.
