Umm... I have no idea why this place isn't rated higher? This is THE place to go if you're a 90s or 00s baby like I am. To find this place, you enter the hotel and turn towards the restaurant inside and you'll see a stairwell heading down with a neon sign towards the cocktail bar and you're at the right place! We got here right when it opened on Saturday night so we were the first ones there but they had good music playing and some tvs playing old movies to set the vibe. When they handed us the menu, it was nostalgic to see that it was in the form of Candy Land! I got the Spice Girl and it was super tasty! It also came with a butterfly clip which was very cool and nostalgic also. Overall, I would definitely come back here and try the other drinks when I'm back in town!

So happy I found this place by happenstance on my last visit to Savannah!!! A MUST see! I was already so impressed by everything from the ambiance to the cocktails, but to see the other reviews & realize they change themes... I'm blown away. Seriously such a cool/fun ambiance and every cocktail we ordered was delicious and unique. Not just in a fun cutesy cocktail way but legitimately excellent, full-bodied craft cocktails.

I think it was the looking glass martini. 17 gin or vodka, vermouth, chubarb, curacao, saline, absinthe

You have to see to believe! Every 4 months or so is a new decorated theme, with custom menus and cocktails. Great service matches the great cocktails. This place fucks when you find it.

We had so much fun at the 90's pop up bar. This is the second pop up bar I've been to at the Vinyl Room and both times they've done a great job. I love the atmosphere and the details put into each pop up. Very cool! And their drinks are great! I really appreciate that they offer non alcoholic versions of their cocktails because I don't drink. All in all it was a great experience!

Visited in December and by far my favorite Christmas pop up bar! I loved every effort of detail put into this place, from the light phrases to the artwork to the extremely creative menu book. Ede our server was really great with making drink recommendations and accommodations. We were served with our tasty drinks pretty quickly. This bar is truly unforgettable!

I always love coming to the vinyl room and experiencing their pop-up I went to their Halloween Stephen King, and absolutely loved it and knew I had to come back. This time I went to their Christmas Naughty list and enjoyed all of their drink specials including Sleigh Down, and my personal favorite peep show!

I recently stopped in for the Halloween pop up bar and it was a great time. The space is small, but it's quaint and has a great ambiance for a date or a girls night. The drinks were great, strong and nicely themed. The service was also 10/10. Can't wait to see what the next pop up will be!

So yum and cute. The service was great they were so friendly and fun. Would totally come back.

We (3 of us) tried visiting and the host made it very clear she did not want to add more people to the waiting list. We were very excited to visit and when she said it would be a 30 min wait I said "no worries! We can leave and come back" and she rolled her eyes and asked for my info and said "it's probably actually more than 30 min, there's 15 people ahead of you" and I said "we are just walking around so we can come back whenever!" Her attitude was very off putting. I got a text then that did not say "the vinyl room" instead said "st. Neo's brasserie" and then we never got a follow up text letting us know our table was ready so we just didn't come back. :/

While most of the rooftops are regularly accessible to the public, there's something about Myrtle & Rose which has caused it to elude us. Often, it has been closed for a private party, or perhaps it was full. In any case, we finally were carded and sent up the elevator with the slightly aggressive doors. Yes, they close fast. Keep a move on! We were offered a table overlooking the river and served by Will. My wife enjoyed her Amber Hour, and I an old fashioned. I suppose they don't want us getting tipsy and falling off, since my drink may have had 2 or 3 ounces. A good little taste, but not for long for this Wisconsin boy. Let's not go down the road of it being a "real" old fashioned -- I know and enjoy both kinds. (You must when you also own a distillery.) The two shining points of the evening were the view and our server. This spot offers a nice, close-up view of the river from both directions -- perfect for the occasional ships passing in the night. Our server, Will, was very professional, attentive, and thoughtful. By the end of the 50° night, Will had brought a blanket for my wife. While we can handle below-zero temps at home, there's something about 50° on vacation that gives us the shivers. Perhaps it was the dress -- I'm not sure, since I wasn't the one wearing it tonight. Anywho, finally a great experience was had at this well-done rooftop bar.

The whole place was beautifully decorated every corner felt cozy, cheerful, and perfect for the season. One of the highlights for me was their hot chocolate, it was honestly so good, rich, and comforting, exactly what you want during the holidays. On top of that, getting a Stella beer cup with my name engraved was such a cool and unique touch. It made the experience feel even more special and personal. Overall, it was a great time with a really nice atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking to get a. Nice drink.

The afternoon was warm and sunny and we found a cute spot in the shade, facing the water. It was such an inviting place to take in the view and have a drink, while we sorted out our itinerary for Savannah. We were never pressured to hurry up and order or to hurry up and finish so they could turn over our table. It was truly a wonderful experience with a great view. We ordered a beer and a Strawberry Schooner cocktail and later on shared a pasta appetizer. The cocktail was well balanced, not watered down or overly sweet. The pasta dish was definitely freshly made and was satisfying for a quick bite for a mid afternoon snack. Jessica, our server, was attentive but not intrusive which topped off our satisfaction with Top Deck Bar. We could have sat for hours, but wanted to get out and about exploring Savannah. Be sure to add Top Deck Bar to your stop while in the area.

Unfortunately, our experience was frustrating from the moment we arrived. The biggest issue was the lack of staff. They desperately needed more bartenders and servers working that evening. As someone who has previously worked in the service industry, I understand that busy nights happen and staffing challenges are real, but this was beyond slow service. We stood waiting for about 15 minutes at the bar trying to get someone's attention just to order a drink. During that time, we noticed several other guests becoming frustrated as well. A few people who had been waiting before us eventually gave up and left, and others behind us seemed equally annoyed. After standing there without any acknowledgment from the staff, I finally turned to my husband and said, "Let's go." We ended up leaving without ordering a single drink. I don't know if the restaurant was unexpectedly short-staffed or if several employees called out that night, but something was clearly off. It's unfortunate because the location is fantastic, and the atmosphere seemed like it could have been a great place to spend the evening. I'd be willing to give it another try in the future, but based on this visit, the service simply wasn't able to keep up with the crowd.
