Then when I went to find what I was looking for, after almost 10 MINUTES of me standing in the same section someone finally came over to me. I showed him my phone and he told me I needed to get the wall base plug as well. I said no I just needed the cord. And then he kept telling me I needed the base as well. I knew he was trying to upsell, and coming from a retail background I totally get it, but please take the first no as a no. I told him forget it and that I was leaving and going somewhere else. When I was walking out again no thank you, no nothing, no "have a good day" . I don't know who trained these employees to have customer service skills. I guess they hire people who have none.
