Every time I'm washing my clothes this lady that work there act like she's the owner, she's always in the way and is very annoying. Today she tell me I'm in the wrong place to be folding clothes....I wish she would just be quiet and let the customers do their laundry. Horrible laundry mat I normally only go to spin cycle which offers competitive Rates, WiFi, and an attendant. This laundry place has the bathroom door locked so I had to walk over to the grocery store to use the restroom. I deposited $5.75 worth of coins for a wash and it gave me an error in the middle of my wash so now I'm splitting up a load of water dripping clothes into two machines, which you can imagine made a mess all over the floor that I had to clean up to make sure nobody fell since there was no staff present at the time . After 20min of me being there an attendant finally did arrive she said if the machine stopped due to being overloaded than they won't refund me my money. I asked how is a customer suppose to know when a machine is overloaded because at my usual launder the attendant told me to fill the machine till the clothes are pressing against the door and they've always washed great. I regret wasting my money and being scammed at this orange cycle facility. I only tried it since its a few blocks closer to my house. This orange launder place attendant said the machine knows when it's overloaded... Sounds great for the machine but how is the customer suppose to know? I ended up paying another $5.75 for one load and $4 for a smaller machine. She even had the nerve to look at the $5.75 load I redid and said oh you could of put more clothes in there -_- Again how would a customer know unless they always come here, how much content these machines can tolerate. She said well we have signs posted everywhere that say don't overload and again I told her laundry mats have different standards of what "overload" means... All in all this was a bad experience smh read more

First time using a laundromat in years and tried this based on location and other reviews. Really happy with my decision. Plenty of available machines, lots of multi load washers and dryers. Parking was great and carts were plentiful. Everything is well maintained and clean. The employees very friendly and helpful. Came during the day on a Thursday and it was quiet, and relaxing. The free wifi worked great. The only thing reason it's not a five star review is the lack of seating, only two wooden benches available. read more

This is about the fourth time I been to this laundromat and the lady that's usually here offers every body a bottle of water, which illustrates good Customer service to everyone regardless of race or Creed. Whoever this guy that wears glasses here now went and offered everyone a bottle of water that came into the establishment but just bypassed me like I'm not spending my money like everyone else. I will never come back here again, made me very uncomfortable and created a very hostile racist environment. read more

Came here despite the reviews because it's closest to my friend's place and she mentioned this one. Didn't meet the attendant people are complaining about so all I can say is that this laundromat is clean and got my laundry cleaned. Pretty convenient and lots of parking since there's a grocery (Smart & Final) beside it. One star off for locked restroom which I'm guessing is only open when the attendant's around.. I'm here right now. It's a small laundromat and it's getting pretty crowded which makes for an awkward environment. There's not much sitting room so everyone's just kind of standing around. I accidentally spilled my new fabric softener and had to clean it up with their crappy paper towels because there's no attendant to be seen. Also, the bathroom is locked and it would have been nice to have someone here to open it...instead I walked next door to smart and final. A single load is $1.75, a double load is $2.50, and it's $.25 per 10 minutes of drying. I haven't been to a laundromat in a while so I don't have much to compare the prices to. They get two stars for cleanliness. read more

I've been coming here for two years now and personally am always happy to do my laundry here. Irene (laundry attendant) is so nice she takes pride in her job, the place is always clean and well kept. I noticed that most of the bad reviews are from people who just didnt get it their way. And that is just unfair to this place of business. read more

Thank you for not making my laundromat experience creepy or gross! Our washer is broken so I came to Orange Coin Laundry to do a couple quick loads of wash. Everything was immaculate, there were plenty of washers and dryers that all looked like they were in great condition, and the woman working was really nice. She must be the owner because I've never seen an employee work so thoroughly cleaning - she didn't stop the whole time I was there. I hope our washer is fixed soon, but if not, I'll be back! read more

I have been coming here for quite a few years. Why? for one this is the cleanest laundromat in Long Beach and I come from downtown Long Beach. I would like to share a few things here (1) I hear there is a new owner (2) there is no more problems with the machines and everything all is operating with no errors. No out of order signs.(3) Irene is still here to help me with stain removal and is always helpful with tips to get my laundry like new and folding at times. I love the help. (4) there is new seating and attendants (3) now and a really nice guy that is helpful. (5) Parking is always available and baskets are accessible to bring your laundry in and out of the laundromat. (6) it is safer, cleaner and WI-Fi is available for customers. I never thought this laundromat could get cleaner but honestly it seems to me that it has got a whole lot cleaner. I just had the WORST experience with the woman who owns this place. (I think she owns it) I came into the laundromat and was going to get some change while I waited for my boyfriend to bring in the laundry. (We forgot the soap so he had to turn around and I was gonna get change while I waited for him to get back... we live really close) This woman decided to tell me that getting change was for customers only... I explained to her my situation and she snapped at me and said that she needed to see the laundry. After this, she went crazy on me and started telling me how I was like all the other people who take away the change for her paying customers. I was so offended I waited until my boyfriend walked in (with the laundry) and showed her how rude she just was to someone who was going to drop a lot of money in her laundromat. It was really expensive last time I went there (which was a good experience). I only came back because she was so accommodating last time. read more

I showed up at 8:25 PM and was turned away because the last wash needs to be in by 8:30 even though I told the nasty lady I only had to wash a load with no dry so I would be out in 30 minutes. She then explained that she had already started to mop. Horrible customer service. But it is O.K. because she can start to mop at 7:30 AM from now on because I will never us patronize this place again. read more

I have been frequenting this facility for a couple of years now and never had a problem. Today however was different. Approximately a month ago I received a medical service dog. I went to wash blankets which is generally the only thing I wash here and was halfway done when the Manager tells me my dog has to leave because they are not allowed I explained that he is a medical service dog and she said it doesent matter because they had a dog bite someone and didn't want any lawsuits. Then she insisted she wanted to see paper work ect. Again I explained I am not required to carry it. She is still trying to refuse access even though she came to me where am parked in a disabled parking spot with a disability placard. I am just trying to finish my laundry. read more
