My least favorite about this trip was the waiting to be called part, but once called, it was all smooth sailing. And honestly, I think you're all with me on that one: nobody likes the waiting part. The staff overall were nice and efficient, making the process smooth. However, the front desk lady on the 2nd floor could definitely step it up a bit--she seemed a little less sharp than the rest of the team. If you come prepared and know what you're doing, it's a straightforward experience. Not much more you can ask for from a test center!
